A polite young man (didn't catch his name) just came to the door (Bradenton, Florida). I grilled him as to the organization he represents, and explained to him why I was asking so many questions. He showed me the binder explaining with his canned responses, and I started to take a picture of the website, when he offered the placard with the information on it. Besides telling him why I was asking him questions, I gave him a heads up that he may encounter some rude people in the neighborhood because door to door solicitation isn't allowed here. He didn't talk much, but answered my questions about what grade he is in (9th) and which high school he goes to. I bought some tea from him, and hope my neighbors are nice to him. It's a tough gig.

I was in T.A.D.A back in 1998 and i enjoyed it. It gave me purpose and Kept me out of trouble. I wish they had this program throughout the states so other teenagers can have a wonderful opportunity.
