Comments Hi Eric Just finished reading your blog page. Good work. I don't know if Helene told you but I wrote a book, oh going on 10 years ago. I had written lots of songs and kept a journal for years but this was my first book. The way I found myself doing it was: I would write when I was inspired. I would try to capture my thoughts at the time they were happening. I didn't worry about timeline, beginnings or endings. I just let it flow. Then I put all these peices together in order. There was, of course, a lot of 'bridge' writing to do. It was like putting together a puzzle. I found I really enjoyed the editing part of the writing as well. My book was about working with your beliefs. A kind of how to about managing your thoughts and the importance of thoughts to your well being. It was something I had to learn because at times I wasn't doing too well psychologically. I learned and believe that it is in your thoughts and beliefs that hold the key to your well being. The book was called "Interior Declorations, Rearrangin
