As a resident of the area, I would like to know that the planning for expansion and improvements in the area are well thought through and balanced with regards to the impact to the residents, the environment, and the future requirements of the city and county. It appears that the planning board has taken the "easiest" solution with respect to the level of planning efforts at the expense of the individual property owners.
