Comments Before motorcycle riders became " bikers " Michael Parks gave a visual idea of what a real rider is supposed to be. No posing or facade, just being real and not acting like have arrived and nobody that isn't exactly like you can get there. I still dig Then Came Bronson after all these years. My Long Lonesome Highway was ripped off years ago, but I will get the CD if it ever comes out. Thanks for keeping the dream alive

Comments Got my first Sportster, a '68, right about the time Then Came Bronson came out. My buddy , who also got his first Sportster about the same time, always wanted one of thos e"Harley Rocks" that Bronson used to fix his bikw when he dumped. Great site, definitely brings back alot of memories, I still have the original paperback and one of the Albums, Michael Park did, and the 45 RPM "Down that Long Lonesone Highway"..

Comments Just happened upon this site. I was 14 when the series happened. I was the one in the back seat of my fathers 57 stationwagon when he said, "Man, I wish I was you." All I remember saying to myself was "Man, I wish I were with you!" I am and owner and rider of Harleys, and to this day I owe it to Michael Parks and his show. I also still turn my head when I hear that sound, and I still have that same crush!

Comments finding your website was the ultimate "flashback" and brought back a flood of good memories. I lived in the bay area when the show first came out and I was always "looking over my shoulder" for Jim Bronson. Bronson lives in my soul and I put many miles on two wheels because of him.
