Comments I went on the Qigong Trip 2008 with Ping Ping & Prof Chen. I had many fears before I left that almost held me back. I am so grateful for all the encouragement & support I received to make this trip as it was a transforming experience for me on many levels. I was initially concerned that I couldn't afford to go, but a year later I can now see that I couldn't afford not to go. My friends told me that I came back a different person and I agree. The week of qigong studies in Beijing was one of the best weeks of my life. I was so happy to be immersed in qigong community with lectures, study and practice. I deepened spiritually and in my commitment to a qigong life-style. The two weeks of touring was a lot of fun and full of experiences that I treasure. I learned about Chinese culture through my senses and not just through a book. This has helped me in my growth as a qigong student & teacher. Your website was very informative and I look forward to researching more thoroughly who all the instructors are both in the USA and in China and about their history and current interests, read any books that are published in English from the instructors -- perhaps recommendations from you. I am interested in beginning Qigong and would appreciate recommendation where to learn, in my area. Also, very interested in learning to speak the Chinese language, advice requested in direction how to achieve this effort, and I would like information for the China 2010 trip. I was one of Master Zhao's students in Fairbanks, Alaska when he and Chen visited in 1989. I am happy to see you looking so well, Chen.
