Comments I didnt have any heat and I called Nimmer Heating after I saw that there sticker was on our furnace. My brother tried to fix the furnace but couldnt. They sent a service guy by the name of John to my house. He had the furnace up and running in about a half hour. Not only did he fix the furnace but he cleaned it as well. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I couldnt be happier with the service.

Comments Nimmer Heating is the only service I have used since I moved in almost 15 yrars ago,never a problem,price's decent,polite service crew,clean up great.The only problem is me I usually forget to tell them that I am an Angie's LIST MEMBER.

Comments Susan, I hope we do a better job of informing our customers from now on. We do not charge for estimates on new equipment. We do charge for our service technicians to diagnose a problem. Our minimum service charge covers up to an hour of labor. This allows the tech time to diagnose and start fixing the problem. David Nimmer

Comments Called Nimmer Heating for a second opinion after another company gave me a quote for replacing a part on my furnace. The technician arrived within the hour and replaced the part for a third of the cost. Great service and great company. Wish I would have called Nimmer Heating first!

Comments Called early AM with a problem that my air conditioning was not working. Kevin arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. Part was on the truck and promptly fixed. Would definitely use Nimmer again for any issues that may occur with my furnace or air conditioning. Nice people and Excellent service!!

Comments Been waiting more than a hour for an emergency call back. My mother-in-law has no heat and still nothing. Apparently emergency service means nothing to them. I wouldn't waste my time with this company if you need new installs or emergency service.

Comments replaced our dead 40yr.old central ac and 20+yr old gas forced air furnace. answered ALL of my too many questions & helped us to chose to get the best value for our very limited $$. was the only contractor out of 4 to seem to want to give good advice, and suggest we apply for the focus on energy "Enhanced Rewards" program, thus allowing us to get a more efficient system for a total less cost than just the normal energy efficient rebates. We checked around about the contractors on the bbb, nari, angies list, etc. We chose Nimmer due to reviews and that Nimmer has "NATE" certifications for his team. Checked "Consumer Reports" about A/C & htg. equpt. bottom line to me was all the major brands are good, but ~A QUALITY INSTALL by QUALIFED people will save you $$ and give you what you pay for! Nimmers price for just the A/C was 2nd lowest but the added value of TRUSTED advice, answers to my questions & suggestions' on what to buy. Giving HONEST & STRAIGHT answers, no coupons or hidden discounts to find to get his BEST price.... Well

Comments DJK arrived at a potential clients home on 9-10-2013 (3120 s. vermont av. in Milwaukee) 15 minutes before a scheduled appointment, met with the owner (Mike Toepfer)and was escorted to the basement to give a quote for the removal of the assumed asbestos containing boiler insulation and an alternate price for the removal of all pipe insulation and fittings through-out the basement. Mark arrived at approx. 11:30am. I explained the abatement procedures to be followed for the boiler abatement. I then quantified the pipe insulation and fittings. At 8:43pm on 9-10-2013 our office e-mailed a proposal to "markn@nimmerheating.com". One week later 9-17-2013 Dan sent an e-mail message through Home Advisor asking if a hiring decision had been made? DJK RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. On 9-18-2013 at 11:32am, Dan called Mark at (414)406-5260 and left a message on his phone to let us know the status of this project. DJK RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. As a contractor myself, I find this to be totally UN-PROFESSIONAL. Come on Mark, a follow up with us would

Comments Being a small business owner myself, I realize the importance of ratings and reviews which are posted on company websites for potential customers to read and ultimately make hiring decisions, I certainly owe NIMMER HEATING a sincere apology for the review I prematurely entered on their web site on 9-20-2013. First and most importantly, the requested project proposal was e-mailed to Nimmer Heating from an email account which DID NOT identify the sender as DJK (e-mailed proposal was sent from a personal e-mail account) explaining how Nimmer Heating could have overlooked it. Secondly, the phone message left by Dan (DJK) on 9-18-2013 was left on a cell phone # that Dan was given to reach a single employee at Nimmer heating, and not on the office phone #. Although the actual results for the response from Nimmer heating (requested status update of DJK's proposal) went unanswered for a total of 10 days, 100% of the blame needs to be placed on DJK Environmental, for the premature review. With no response to email & phone messages,

Comments Nimmer was recommended by my son, they had serviced their furnace before. We found them to be professional, polite, and thorough. They determined just what was wrong checked for warranty of parts and proceeded to fix the problem in a timely manner.

Comments We called with no heat from our furnace on a very cold day. Nimmer was here within the estimated time and promptly took care of the problem (which was actually just that the intake pipe was clogged with snow and ice, no real problem with the furnace). We have used them to replace both our central air and furnace over the past several years and are very happy with both. Everyone from Nimmer has been friendly, professional, and willing to answer my many questions.

Comments I highly recommend Nimmer Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed a hot water boiler and tankless domestic hot water system in my house a few years ago as well as radiators in the basement this past spring. I've been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, honesty and thoroughness of everyone I've been in contact with at Nimmer Heating. A first-rate operation!

Comments Very over priced. Technican was more intetested in selling me a maintenance plan than he was about fixing my a/c. Office staff was not able to answer questions and inexperienced. Will not use their services again.

Comments Mark Nimmer was referred to me by Monroe Equipment. Nimmer offered a free estimate and spent much time at my home on 1/14/17 reviewing replacing my Buderus boiler rusting from water damage. After months of calls and even stopping by Nimmer's office twice, I was told Nimmer would not be providing the free estimated advertised and gave me no reason to why. What a waste of time for all of us. It is heartbreaking to be stonewalled without reasonable cause provided.
