Cliff has consistently demonstrated that "customer service" is not just a slogan, it is their business model. I had Limon's manufacture a replacement emblem on an old, but treasured ring. It took several adjustments to make things right but they stood behind the work of the custom manufacturing jewelry firm in Chicago and was never once satisfied until I was. Our experience with Limon Jewelers has been unreservedly excellent. Both Robert and Cliff are exceptionally helpful, very nice – along with being expert craftsmen. Their on-time repairs on my wife’s more than 60 year old 1.6 ct engagement ring was an unexpectedly ingenious solution: They sautered a self-adjusting clasp into the ring to fit and hold. And we hadn’t seen the diamond so brilliant and sparkling in decades. Next, her diamond bracelet had its clasp broken off: They crafted and sautered new platinum clasp onto the bracelet. Neither item had been worn for two years. Both now have a new life, and I have a happy wife. And the price was as quoted and reasonable. So we wholeheartedly recommend Cliff and Robert for their expertise, reliability and friendliness. Thanks -- Eva and Harry
