Comments Thanks to Heat up WI I received a new lennox Furnace, and honeywell thermostat From Dales. It was the first time I had the pleasure of having them out at my house. They were great, and when luch time came they brought enough for everyone.. My kids thought that was the greatest. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I now can sleep well knowing my new furnace will last us many years to come and if I need anything Dales will be there for us. I look forward to working with them in the future for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank You Lennox, Honeywell, and Dale's we are very greatful for everything. Elaine

Comments the service at dales refridgeration is horrible. i have a camper located between black river falls and milston. last year (2013) labor day weekend i had issues with the furnace in my camper not working. so i called dales refridgeration to have someone come out and take a look at the furnace. the service tech (nick) told me that he would have to order a new bracket for my furnace after he had taken out the furnace and laid it on the floor of the camper. that was the last i seen or heard from him. i placed quite a few phone calls to see if the part had came in yet with no luck. 2013 deer season was pretty cold that year. it is now may of 2014 and i still have a furnace sitting on the floor of my camper. i guess i'll have to call the man upstairs, i'll probably get a response back quicker than dales refridgeration.

Comments We called you on a Sunday after having our furnace "fixed" by another HVAC company the week before. We were again without heat. We had electric space heaters so it was not an emergency. We said we would call again on Monday morning. We were hoping to leave our cabin onMonday but could stay if necessary. Before we could call you,you called us. When we asked if you could come out that day, you indicated that you would be there before 9:30 am. What service!! Your repair man, Toby, not only took care of the immediate problem but inspected and fixed an issue that was identified in a bulletin. After we got home, you called us to say there was an error on the bill and that you were refunding the overcharge. Your team is outstanding and will definitely be out to go to HVAC service. Comments In reply to the Kelling posting, we did call them back on 11/15/2013 to tell them we couldn't get the part. Once we seen this message in 2014 we tried to call them on 5/9/2014, left a message and on 5/21/2014 we emailed them as well. The customer was never billed for the call as we could not get the part that they needed it was no longer available. We had left the furnace out as we thought we would be back with part shortly, when we couldn't get it customer stated they would put it back. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
