Comments Hello my fellow Treasure Hunters. I was one of the founders of your club in 1976. I have enjoyed treasure hunting over the years and was priveled to know Jack and Elenor,Walter, and Mike. Yes, that old Compass still works well that Jack and Elenor sold me back in 1975. I was also at that time a member of the Sprinfield Club. My first find with my new detector then was an 1878 silver dollar. Can you imagine? I knew from then on I was hooked, and possibly a bit lucky. Although I have never found another silver dollar, I have enjoyed the sport of the chase all my life, and hope that all of you have good luck in the future. Jonathan Swisher
