I had the pleasure to meet Ellie in the late nineties at a clinic. Over the years I have seen her measure up and pass the horse masters she followed. This is due to her constant search to learn from the many people she meets. That is what has made her the wonderful horse breeder and trainer I have come to admire.

Hi Ellie, I am a new Moresian owner, used to own a Morgan in my early youth and am a dressage rider, newly returned after some years in NYC. I also have a small training-lesson business going now. I finally got my beloved horse from Thunder Valley Stables, Danny's Majjur, a horse I had been dreaming about since I first saw him on Dream Horse.com as a three year old. He just celebrated his 6th birthday with me here in Florida with a party at the barn! I am interested in promoting the breed, and added a Moresian Horse group on Facebook. I have included a few pix of your horses, hope you will visit it and participate. Moresians should participate in the USDF breed awards seperately from the Fresian Sport Horse, that way the unigueness of the MORGAN part would get more attention. Also we should try to work with the Morgan Horse Assoc. to allow partbred Morgans to participate in their Breed shows and Associations many offerings. the Arabian Horse folks are a good example of how that is working well and it hasn't hurt the Arab horse at al

I have the privledge of owning one of Ellie's Moriesians....Cedar Hill Brook Hollow. I bought this horse as an embryo. This was a leap of faith but since she had the same parents as Mikasa I knew it was worth the gamble. This mare has heart and a presence about her that draws people near her. I can never go on a trail ride without people commenting on her beauty or her wonderful disposition. I also had the good fortune to have Ellie as Brook's trainer. She did a fantastic job and gave Brook a rock solid foundation. And from all of this I have the greatest gift of all....I am able to call Ellie and Ron my friends. Love them to the end!

I was looking for horse quotes and found your website. reading the quotes and every other page here about your horses and training style and even your romance, I wanted to drop a line and tell you, I enjoyed my visit here this morning very much.
