We are planning on attending the Eureka Corvette weekend in October. We are new to this, so my question is: Do we need to be members of a club in order to enter our car that weekend? The registration form asks for Club Affiliation, etc.

Hi, I'm a member of the Classical Glass Corvette Club in Tacoma, WA and I work for Classic Reflections Coachworks who's one of our club sponsors. I'm hoping you'll let your club know about our custom 1962/C5 Corvette conversion. We rebody a donor C5 convertible with a new carbon fiber body that looks like a 1962 Corvette. We fabricate the new body panels here in our shop and the result is a stunning combination of modern performance, safety, reliability and comfort along with the legendary styling of '61/'62 Corvettes. I invite you to visit our web site below to learn more about our car. Please let me know what you think. http://www.crcoachworks.com/ Thanks,

My wife and I took part in your end of summer show at Rodgers. This was my first show as a Corvette owner. Car shows are not new to me as I have participated in thousands over the last 72 years. I have run shows and I have judged shows. I worked for Super Chevy for 10 years and toured the ISCA show circut for 10 years. I was always able to take care of my self. Now I am on oxygen and can not excert my self very much. I'm stating this to show that car shows are not a new thing for me. One of the members of the host club made sure I got parked in a shady area, as I can't haul my power chair in a Corvette I was pretty well restricted to one spot. This member checked on me about every 1/2 hour, golf carted me to the bathroom and a quick tour of the cars on display, made sure we got something to eat and drink. This was way above the call of duty while working a show. I'm looking forward to seeing him again at Eureka Springs in Oct. Watch for me on my scooter with flames. Again thank you Jim Leis For being a nice and friendly person, t
