I made the reservations a month in advance, and I could not be more pleased. The renter, Oleg, was very helpful and the accommodations were greater than expected. The pics do not give it justice with the actual size of the apartment, and it was a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend a stay here to a close family member.

We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you very much for a fabulous long weekend at Venice, # 105 & 202, for an unforgettable time. Though we were impressed and excited from the photos online, nothing could prepare us for seeing the beauty of "Venice" with our own eyes. It was just perfect and the ideal location and facility for our family and friends gathering, as well as being pet friendly. I do apologize once again for any inconvenience. We've thoroughly enjoyed every detail you've put into your house, from the outdoor living, to the cozy launch areas and the unbelievable views. . We rented an apartment at One Isle of Venice March 28-April 1, 2011. Our unit was a one bedroom which faced the west and Hendricks Isle. Looking out of our windows you could see the huge catamarans and sailboats moored on the docks. The property was clean and well maintained which included a beautiful heated pool and free laundry room for guests. All of the guests I met at the pool had nothing but great things to say about the property and the owners who take great care to meet the needs of their patrons. The units are one to two bedrooms. All rooms are tiled with marble and the bathroom has a large stand up shower and bowl sink. In our unit, our bedroom had a walk in closet with storage cubby bins

The best of Fort Lauderdale. This is my third stay at 1 Isle of Venice and as soon as i leave i look forward to returning for my next visit. I don't live in Florida but i spent a good part of my childhood growing up in Fort Lauderdale, so i know the city. The apt complex is located on the corner of Las Olas Blvd and the canals. Its a beautiful prime location spot in Fort Lauderdale. The best of the best. The Blvd is lined with magnificent Royal Palm trees which contribute to a picturesque and unforgettable view of your surroundings. A short walk west from the apts, along Las Olas and you are in the heart of the restaurant district with its cafes and shops. Along with one of the best bakery's in the world, Gran Forno! A short walk east from the apts and you come to the main beach area. And the beaches in Fort Lauderdale are among the worlds best with warm crystal clear water and fine sand streching as far as you can see. The apartment complex is as beautiful as the pictures on the web site. The apts are high quality and very clean,

So, just want to add that, in addition to the great location, the beautiful scenery and the high level of quality at the complex. You have on top of all that a service team taking care of all this who you can TRUST! And i don't hesitate to use the word TRUST! They are a group of people who are very service minded, helpful and friendly. This is Fort Lauderdale at its best. A great vacation spot.

WE stayed in one isle of venice for 2 weeks Loved the location and our unit was fine but the super named Marina should be fired. She was rude and ignorant to everyone. The last night there we sat around and table and discussed how horribly we had been treated. Two people were staying in a unit that they had to leave because the smell of mould was so bad, They slept outside on beach chairs. The were moved to another unit which also smelled of mould but not as bad and the really bad unit was rented to another couple I am trying find a place to inform others of the problems here. It is a beautiful location and I would love to go back if I could be assured that rude ignorant Marina was fired and that there would be no mould in my unit and if there was I could get out of my lease

I have been going to 1 isle of Venice for 4 years now.My husband and I love it.Although some things could be improved, the location and pool are wonderful.Thank goodness for a wonderful property manager named Marina.She helped anyone in the units who had problems with air conditioning, cable problems,my front door lock that didn't work.She truly made eveyrones trip so much better with her help and her beautiful smile.Knowing we have such a lovely place and someone to call when we need help with something makes I isle of venice such a great place to vacation.We will be back next year along with all of our friends we've met there and look forward to seeing to a nice winter in Ft Lauderdale and thanks to Marina a friendly place to stay.
