I recently received my Family Crest Ring and am beyond satisfied. The engraving is beautiful and the quality is excellent. I am a very impatient person and was not looking foward to waiting the usual 4 to 6 weeks that most jewelers said it would take to make a family crest ring. Stephen was able to expedite the order and I received my ring within 11 days of my first contact with Historical Names.com. Definately a great experience and I would use Historical Names.com again. The ring I ordered is amazing! Very, very good quality and excellent service. I contacted Historical Names (Stephen) to see if they would make a ring for my son's 14th birthday within a very tight schedule. Indeed the ring came the night before his birthday. I was actually on the phone to my friend when it was delivered and can't tell you who was more excited. Anyway managed to keep it a secret for a whole 14 hours until my son got up the following day and he opened a present which had a box with a picture of kitchen scales on the front. Not impressed! However, he opened the box and pulled out reams of junk and found the ring in its own box. (Beautiful box) He is absolutely thrilled with the ring. Keeps getting a soft cloth and shining it up. We have shown everyone the ring over the last few days and they are all mightily impressed with it. Thank you so very much for all your help. I am more than delighted with the service and the product and will gladly order from you again and recommend you to family and friends.

My husband had mentioned how much he wanted a coat of arms quite a few years ago. I found historicalnames.com I went ahead and ordered a family name history and an embroidered coat of arms. "Shock" can barely describe our reactions when we received a knock at our door on Christmas Day only to find a delivery by UPS from Historical Names!! I was given fair warning that delivery of my double print order would most likely be after Christmas with the holiday rush. I never expected to see anything until after the holidays. My parents were overwhelmed when they saw the finished product!! As was my husband. Although we already have Family Name Histories from other companies we've used in the past, he now has made a request for a new set for our home!! This company epitomizes the phrase "customer service and satisfaction." I had placed an order, realized it was not the proper choice, and called to totally cancel the transaction. Customer service reps (Tadd) were very accomodating, assured me that I could cancel the order which I decided to do. I was disappointed that this transaction couldn't take place, because I knew it was just the perfect Christmas present. Later that day I received a call from Steve who worked through the "problem" with me and we were able to make another selection, place the order and now simply wait for the wonderful results! Thanks a million-can't wait to see the finished product.

I had been looking for a Christmas gift for my sister and brother-in-law when I stumbled across this site. I ordered wine glasses with their crest etched on the glasses, but I was a little nervous as I knew I was ordering them on the deadline for getting them by Christmas. I was so impressed when I received an e-mail from Stephen just to let me know that they were on their way but might have been shipped in two boxes, so I wouldn't worry if I just received one.
