Comments Visited the Basketball Museum for the first time on Dec.12. The guy at the door told us we were very fortunate because we were the only ones there and that Dean Smith was inside. My ten year old's eyes lit up like it was Christmas. We were simply amazed at all the history this place holds. Brought back alot of fond memories for me, but to see and talk to the greatest coach of all-time made it an even greater experience. It's a must see for any Tarheel fan

Comments Wow. I came all the way from St. Paul to see my first Tar Heel game (I am 14) and the museum made the experience even better! I first read about it at tarheelblue.com and couldn't wait to see it. It is an amazing collection of memorabilia. I enjoyed the museum immensely and spent over an hour and a half in it. There is so much cool stuff to be seen, and it provides a great look in to the past of basketball at the University. It was a magical experience. I can't wait to come back!
