Visited the Basketball Museum for the first time on Dec.12. The guy at the door told us we were very fortunate because we were the only ones there and that Dean Smith was inside. My ten year old's eyes lit up like it was Christmas. We were simply amazed at all the history this place holds. Brought back alot of fond memories for me, but to see and talk to the greatest coach of all-time made it an even greater experience. It's a must see for any Tarheel fan

I was born and raised in NC but now live in CO. I have been a diehard Tarheels Basketball fan since the 60's when Charlie Scott was there. In my humble opinion UNC is the greatest basketball program in college history. I plan to visit the museum later this month (May 09. GO TARHEELS!!!

My wife and I met at Carolina and both graduated in the Class of 2004. We are coming back to North Carolina to visit friends and family, and to introduce the third Tarheel of our family - our 1 year old Carter - to Carolina's campus. We can't wait to see the new museum!

I've been following UNC basketball for some time now and last year I (finally) had the opportunity to visit the Dean Smith Center and the Carolina Basketball Museum. It is amazing, full of interesting things to see, and every basketball fan should visit it! :) Thank you from Portugal. I hope to be back soon...

My father and I (both lifelong Carolina fans) had the chance to visit the museum before the Wake Forest game on February 24. It was an awe inspiring experience to see that much Carolina basketball history surrounding you. I highly recommend making the time to go see this amazing display of Carolina basketball!

Still basking in the glow of the 2009 Basketball Championship. The museum reminded this Tarheel fan why he's been a fan for decades. Very Classy museum, like the program - but only for free!

Wow. I came all the way from St. Paul to see my first Tar Heel game (I am 14) and the museum made the experience even better! I first read about it at tarheelblue.com and couldn't wait to see it. It is an amazing collection of memorabilia. I enjoyed the museum immensely and spent over an hour and a half in it. There is so much cool stuff to be seen, and it provides a great look in to the past of basketball at the University. It was a magical experience. I can't wait to come back!
