Comments Hey Rhys, I did it. Anthony and I joke that they never guessed! So many times over the last 7 months I didn’t think I had the strength of mind or the ability to write or study between the tears, I didn’t care, it just didn’t seem important anymore. But then, I kept thinking how I lectured you about stuff like this and I just kept hearing your voice in my head telling me to practice what I preached to you. That there was no way I could give up. Not in your name. When I said goodbye to you, I picked a single pink rose from all the beautiful flowers, and before I placed it down, I told you this was going to be our way of saying hi. The day I finished, the rose bush in my garden that I had never seen bloom since I moved in three years previously suddenly produced a single pink rose. Coincidence? Depends on what you want to believe I guess:) But that was the moment I sobbed. This one’s for you!

Comments I remember sitting in the lobby and everyday Rhys would walk by on his way to the art room, every now and then whipping out a hackysack and impressing everyone around him with his skill. He had not a care in the world. Rhys is the most beautiful person I'd ever have the priveledge to know.

Comments wow, i cant believe its been 5 months since you left all of us. it still seems like it happened just yesterday. you're in my thoughts all the time and so is your family. its hard trying to move on from something tragic like this happening becuase i've never had a friend pass away before. but all i have to do is think about all the fun we had in italy or all the times we've laughed in art class to put a smile on my face. i miss you rhys, i hope you're at peace where you are

Comments Rhys- I tend to think about you everyday. Even though we werent friends, i still feel that your around me every minute of the day. I know this may seem crazy to you, but its true, and i know your watching over me, and many other people who think of you all the time. Something as simple as a hackey sack makes me think of you instently (something thats become every popular at ARHS...and i know its because of you) :) you are missed every much, and there are some people that u were very close to that i am worry about (and yes u know who they are) watch over then, and show them to happyness.
