We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kona Bali Kai. The condo was beautifully furnished, equipped and decorated. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including snorkeling gear, coolers and beach chairs, was here. We felt like we were at home. Sunset cocktails on the lanai were awesome. This condo and everything in it is absolutely first class! The pictures just do not do it justice. Robin and Holly have made sure that everything you could possibly need is right there and the best sunsets we saw on the entire island were right from the balcony. Absolutely loved my stay in room 416, thank you Holly!!! the condo is even better than the photos, the kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view was unbelievable crashing waves lulled you to sleep in a really comfortable bed! Sunsets on the lanai so incredible! Would love to stay there again!

Holly and Robin, Our experience in Hawaii was beautiful! I think we have an all-time record of pictures taken on a trip and we started and ended with pictures of the condo to show our friends how lucky we were to have stayed there! Your design and decorating is top-notch and made our visit feel so special knowing each night we would return to your oasis overlooking the water! Mahalo and we hope to be back soon!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kona Bali Kai condo unit 416. It truly felt like 'home away from home'! The view from the balcony is outstanding. It was perfect for what we were looking for in a vacation condo. It was very peaceful and we really felt we were on vacation on an island! We would definitely return again! A real "luxury" unit. Incredibly well appointed and taken care of. Right on the water, so you can watch sea turtles and surfers from the lanai during the day and fall asleep to the surf every night.

We absolutely loved the condo at Kona Bali Kai. All the comforts of home and then some! We have stayed at many VRBO homes in the past. Holly's is by far the cleanest and most well-appointed of them all! You will love the lanai and the sunsets!

2-28-06 Wow - what a great condo! The furnishings are upscale and just as they appeared in the photos. We had a great time counting the turtles in the reef (11 of them the first morning) and watching the finches in the palms. The view of the surf from the loungers on the lanai is amazing! Thank you for stocking all the misc items in the condo like paper products, detergents & plastic baggies! It made settling in to enjoy the week much easier. We can't wait to come and stay here again. My Husband and I stayed 8 nights in this AMAZING condo. We felt like royalty! Holly was so nice and accomodating from the very beginning. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, there was everything we could think of or need. The staff at Kona Bali Kai was very nice and we enjoyed the inside of our condo as much as the outside, from the pool, little deli, grill, to the breath taking view of the ocean. We have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Holly for creating a heavenly place. Our first trip to Hawaii was just what the doctor ordered. Kevin & Devon :)

The other renters all have it exactly right!!! This place is fabu!!! Let's see what words do we use--- awesome, georgeous, well-stocked, well-situated, dreamy, paradise, fantastic... all are very appropriate when talking about this unit at Kona Bali Kai. Every detail is so well thought out. The sunsets were fanastic, the turtles right on the rocks outside-- how fun. All amenities are carefully planned. Had a fantatic time (despite being in Hawaii during the rainiest March on record)-- didn't matter had a great place to spend time. Would highly recommend-- just hope on my next visit that I can stay there more than 3 nights. Holly was a great hostess. If you are thinking of renting it-- you should!!! -Elaine & Joan, Boston, MA

416 Ali'i condo was the best! Beautifully furnished and the view is to die for. Did a ton of exploring on the island, driving more that 500 miles, but coming home to this pristine abode each day may have been the highlight. Lanai has the prefect view. Bed is the most comfortable that I have slept in in years. Wood and tile is gorgeous. Will visit again for sure. Spend the the few extra bucks folks, it is well worth it.

If you like listening to the pounding surf, watching sea turtles, surfers, sunsets, and cruise ships entering Kona's harbor then there are two comfortable lounge chairs waiting just for you! This condo is beautifully upgraded throughout with a kitchen supplied with everything you will need, a king size mattress fit for a king and queen, and just in case the view and sun get to be to much the cable service for the TV is excellent!

What a wondrous experience we had, staying in Robin and Holly's lovely condo. The attention to detail is remarkable; incredibly well stocked! The wood walls, furniture, etc. are truly lovely. It is exceptionally quiet and private. We simply can't recommend this as a place to stay highly enough. Fabulous!

Holly, what a beautiful place you have, everything one might need to enjoy themselves. The view from the balcony (lania?) is spectacular, seeing the turtles out in front was a real treat.
