Comments Okay, I found Ian's shop in those free penny saver ads that get's mailed to your home. Of course I see it after having major service issues at the closest MB dealerhip. I brought my wife's 08 C300 for it's second service - B service. Ian was professional and everything was straight forward in time it would be done and cost. You don't need the coupons anymore, that's the set price now. I'm glad I found a MB shop in Antioch. So far so good and I would refer anyone to him. Thanks Ian.

Comments My daughter's e300 wouldn't start so we had her car towed to the Obsidian Motors. I was welcomed with a smile by Maria who is wonderful and very helpup, the technician spoke with me and provided a level of comfort. I wish I could share positive news with you but unfortunately my daughter's Mercedes is old and no longer worth the time or money repairing; however, the quality level of service I received was well beyond my expectations. Quality of service, ethical and attentive, there services overshadows the dealer and any other. Thank you!

Comments Love this place and the people who work there. We have brougth our CLK430 there on various occasions, they are always more then happy to help and do whatever they can. We feel very comfortable with their work. We feel like this is the most honest shop we have ever exerienced. I will never take my car to another shop.

Comments I was the first customer for IMSC. Mr. Bhatti and Mr. Lebby were honest and pleasant to deal with. They diagnosed the problem with my E430, but since it was still under warranty, they sent me to Walnut Creek for free service. That action earned them my business. I sent my inlaws to them and they received excellent service and advice which got them $500 back from a dealership which had installed the wrong brake parts. Great job! I am sure IMSC will do well. Just wish they were closer to Discovery Bay..

Comments I am glad that there is an Independent Mercedes Service Center in the area, as I have hated to drive to the nearest dealership, not to mention the cost(s) incurred when I got there! I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and will come back again in the future!

Comments I can always count on Independent Mercedes to give me courteous service and honest answers. They do not try to take me straight to the most expensive thing that needs to be done. They come up with solutions that work. And, they are flexible, helping me get to the car rental agency, picking me up from work, etc. I do refer business to them because I get good service.

Comments I have taken my MBZ E320 to Ian and his team 2 times in the past year. They are always very responsive (even via email), helpful, and reasonably priced. On my last visit I asked Ian if he could order a missing radio button--he said they don't sell the button but he found a radio in his shop and gave me the button. Thanks for the great service!

Comments I took my car to Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton and their prices even with a $100 off coupon I had was still more expensive than Independent Mercedes Service of Antioch. Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton didn't even do everything they were suppose to on my Service A. I'm very happy I found an Ad for Independent Mercedes Service in Antioch, they're very helpful.

Comments We have found the "Independent Mercedes Service Center" to be our preferred alternative to the established Mercedes Dealership. From a knowledge standpoint they are certainly equal to the Dealership. From a parts standpoint the quality is alway OEM or better. And from a price standpoint they can't be beat!!

Comments I can't believe how lucky we are to have found such an honest and professional shop. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have now had three seperate visits to the shop and each time I have been extremely satisfied and thankful that we have found someone we can trust. Not to mention how reasonable their rates are!
