During the Chautauqua Tent Show in Lewes this summer, David Zipse created a fabulous experience of George Gershwin's music for an audience of over 500 people. Due in large part to the amazing talent of Mr. Zipse, it was a record-breaking attendance for an event that has been going on for ten years. As an organizer for the event, I found it great to be working with such a music professional. It was a top-notch performance!

Dave - You and the Dave Zipse Band are fantastic. Talented musicians who really enjoy it and have fun with it. I marvel at your musical talent and am very envious of it. For you to be able to map out all the songs with such ease and then have Roseann, Diane and Mike come in and pick up the music so quickly is amazing to me. The Gridiron Players couldn't do the show without you. Although I am the one in the cast with the least talent (probably I should say - no talent), you never make me feel less and that means so much. David played for my folks' 50th anniversary party last September at The Farmhouse in Avondale. I knew from previous experience that he would put on a good show with just the kind of music the "old folks" would like, as well as a few for us younger people, too. Not only did he exceed my expectations in that regard, but he brought the house down, to the point where other restaurant guests came wandering in to see where the great music was coming from. By the end of the evening we were all up dancing, and hearing Rhapsody in Blue was the icing on the cake. Wonderful!

David played at my daughter's wedding ceremony, in Lancaster, PA. Everyone was totally impressed by his performance, professionalism and ability. People asked me where I found him and I replied, Gig Masters. He played all the songs we requested and learned those he didn't already know.(and we only gave him a few weeks notice) He has a very friendly demeaner and fit right in. David was the best and knew just what and when to play even though we had never met and corresponded only by email and phone.

David played for my parents 50th wedding anniversary at Aronimink Golf Club in August. He put together a trio for me with Janina as vocals, David on keyboard, plus a drummer....and they were FANTASTIC! Their sound, professionalism, showmanship, ability to play anything requested....all were top notch and they completely made the party. We had all ages and EVERYONE danced...other members were asking for their card...it was a really special performance. You will not be disappointed!!
