I have had waxing done twice with Song and she does an exceptional job! I would highly recommend her to anyone. I had a full leg and a Brazilian both times with Song and she left no stray hairs, no stubble, and the waxing itself was not too painful. The first time I went I had a lot of hair because I had not waxed in a while, and my hair is thick, but Song still did an amazing job with no strays or stubble. I am originally from NYC and until Song there was no one in Jax who could compare to the service I had in New York; not even one very popular and high end Jax salon on the south side. Song is also a very nice person and she will welcome you warmly. Her room is also very clean and calming.

I've been living in Jacksonville for a little over a year, and hadn't done the searching for a waxer yet. I got online and came across Song. Her reviews were great, and I liked that she had a private place, not some huge spa, where people might talk about you behind your back after you leave. Also, her prices listed on the website were great! Some places in Jacksonville charged double what she charges. I called Song and made my first appointment for the next afternoon. I was a little late due to the road construction and my unfamiliarity with the area. She was so completely understanding when I got there. She immediately made me feel comfortable. Her place was very clean, and I felt like I was at home. Her brazilian waxing service was awesome. Time flew by, and I was done before I knew it. I made sure to book my maintenance appointment before I left. I'm glad that my search is over. Thank you, Song.

Song is Amazing! I researched, then got up the nerve to look for a place to get a Brazilian wax. Well, I chose Song after reading all the feedback, and if you wrote one, thank you. I was comfortable from minute one, it was like we knew each other for years! I told her what I wanted, and then she told me to undress. From that point on, things only got better, rather than awkward. We talked about so much different stuff. She also looked at me with a female eye, and made her suggestions on my Brazilian. I liked her view and went with it and glad I did. It was no worse that removing a band-aid from your arm quickly. She also took care of the underarms, and the uni-brow. She is meticulous, doesn't miss a hair, and a perfectionist. As if I wasn't already relaxed and comfy, the facial was pure ecstasy! I did't want to leave, so I did book my next appointment after barely getting dressed! I was extremely pleased with my visit to Song, and I am a customer/friend for life! Get the Tend Skin also!

I've had waxing and facials before by different salons and Song is the best. She is very meticulous and thorough. Her waxing is not painful and there is no stray hair. After my facial, I felt like she took years off my face. I am now dedicated to her only and will not waste my time or money going elsewhere.

I used to live in Jacksonville, and found Song on a website with nothing but great reviews. I decided to give her a try and continued to get waxes (brazilian, eyebrows, etc) by Song for 5.5 years, without ever going to anyone else. She is great at what she does, and very professional. Now I moved away, and have had the worst time trying to find someone who even remotely compares. I find myself wishing I had someone who cares about attention to detail as much as Song does, and missing the excellent work she does. Now I either have misshaped eyebrows or walk around looking like bert (ernie and bert). I MISS SONG'S TOUCH!! I send all my friends in Jacksonville to her and they come back with rave reviews, and even when people came in town I would bring them to Song to get touched up by her greatness, and everyone loved her. Dont hesitate, give her a try, I promise you will go back!

After unsuccessfully trying to give myself a Brazilian wax, I decided to leave it to a professional. I made an appointment with Song after reading all the great reviews. She is THE BEST as far as I'm concerned. Not only is she a nice person but she made me feel comfortable with the whole process. We were talking the whole time she was waxinng so I didn't even think about what was happening. Before you knew it, it was over and It didn't even hurt. It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive!

Was just discussing Song with a friend online and thought I'd share: Not everyone has the gift. I've had "okay" facials. I've had bad facials. Songs facials are transcendent! Song is THE BEST!! I've been her a client for at least 5 years. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else! I actually drive from Orlando to see her! Not only is she the sweetest person you'll ever meet, but she is EXCELLENT at what she does, very meticulous! Her prices are great and a guarantee you'll get so much more time and personalized attention than anywhere else! Time with Song is a gift to myself. She creates a wonderfully relaxing environment. Song is a down to earth person who handles her clients in a professional manner. She is very caring about people and making sure that her clients are completed with all the hair off the body. Her waxing techniques are the best and less painful than others I had dealt with in the past. I had a full body wax and it was great... I felt better and going to the gym my friends noticed right away. That hair hides the definition of the muscles...

I've never had my eyebrows done, so I was terrified when I went to see Song. She was so great and confident, she did an awesome job. I love my new brows. I came to Jacksonville about 5yrs ago. I was referred here by a friend and coworker. After experiencing several places for waxing in other states I was pleased to find this location it is great and Song was very professional and made me very feel comfortable to work with.
