Great site, I've been into evp for a very long time. I like the hacks but I have one problem, I can't get the radios for the hacks here in England. But I hope to have one soon from a friend in the USA. I'm looking forward to do some experiments with the radio. Will keep you posted.

I was forwarded your July 27, 2007 show about the boxes. Steve, the one featured on your site uses a box made by another researcher, but it's similar to mine, Franks-Box as it's come to be known. Basically it is nothing more than a radio that is voltage tunable so the band can be scaned either randomly, or linearly for the purpose of generating the "raw" audio spirits/entities can use to form their voices. The same effect can be done by hand, by simply turning a radio dial by hand slowly across the band while recording drectly from the speaker. My boxes, and the ones Steve use simply automate the process. After a show on Coast to Coast AM, my site was shut down, but I'm slowly working on a new site. I do have information that I make available to anyone free. I don't have the resources to make many boxes, and I don't feel compelled to sell them. There is a similar system as mine, which did come first, but it runs on a computer, called EVPmaker. I used it until I found not all entities could use the computer, so was "inspired"

I can't make up my mind about building your Radio Shack Ghost Box or to buy a new one for around $90. The $90 one is 'Spirit Box B-PSB7'. Which one is easier to understand? Thanks Gary

Thanks for the very easy directions on the ghost box hack. My wife and I just started our group she has been in to paranormal from a young age and she has made a believer out of me! We first learned about the box when investagating Rolling Hills Asylum with Chris fleming,Patrick Burns along with TAPS. We were blown away by it.
