My two children go to this center,they LOVE it,I LOVE it!!! everyone is loving and caring.The staff really care about the needs of children,and the Director cares about the operation of the center,always making sure every thing is run properly and maintains rules and regulations.I highly recommend this center to anyone wanting the best for their child.

my daughter used to go here when she was 3 and she still remembers the fun she had and all the teachers. I now have a 6 month old that I am wanting to look into getting her signed up to go here.

Gingerbread Learning Center has received the highest scores on the Environmental Rating Scale since I have been conducting these assessments (for the last 6 years)!!! This is an all-around excellent center with wonderfully caring teachers, from the infant room all the way through to school-age care. The teachers and staff truly want the best for all of the children they care for. Great job ladies!!!

My son Landon will be starting at GBLC in 2 weeks and can not wait for him to experience such loving teachers. My husband and I are not happy with his current daycare center. So we were on a hunt to look for a daycare that would suit him and found GBLC. My husband is in love with the place and I'll be making a visit Friday. So excited for a new beginning for our military family.

My husband and I were looking for a daycare for our 3 year old. This week we pulled into Gingerbread Learning and childcare center for our tour, walked in the door and nobody greeted us or even questioned who we were for about 10 – 15 minutes. (Yes, we called ahead to schdule the tour.) While we were trying to figure out what was going on adn who we needed to speak with we were able to go in and out of the rooms where the kids were without anyone saying anything to us. At one point a child in the 2-year-old room unplugged the stereo and was pulling on the cord to the point that I caught the stereo so it would not hit him in the head and took the cord from him and moved him away from the book shelf that he was wedge in between. At that point, we turned to leave when we were greeted for our tour. While we were on the tour, things just kept getting worse. Continue - In the 1-year-old room, the carpet was coming up in several places and the room was dirty. 1 child was laying on a nasty tiny mattress crying and 1 child was playing with the trash can. We observed the worker pick 1 child up by her arm. At this point, we saw enough and walked out. Later I made a post about my experience and several people sent me private messages about their experiences. One person who used to work there said that they do not drug test, they advise their employees that they do not care if the employees do drugs, just do not come to work high. The workers do not need any kind of extra training or even a high school diploma. 1 worker has an OPEN DCF case for neglect on her own child. Why is there not any kind of screening process for employees working with babies? This was the worst and most heartbreaking experience of my life and I cannot believe this place is still open.
