Comments Hello, I currently own an apricot toy poodle. He is 14 yo. I love the breed, but I purchased my current poodle from a pet store in Danbury. Teddy was from a puppy mill. He has had two patella surgeries, ACL surgery,PRA, fused vertbrae, spinal cord issues, pancreatitis and bladder crystals. I have taken care of all these issues and continue to give Teddy the best quality of life. It is my responsibility as his owner to do the best for Teddy. However, having gone through all of these issues, I realize I need to find a responsible breeder. I found you through Rodell Toy poodles in Wallingford. I live in Rocky Hill, CT. I am looking for a red or apricot male toy poodle. Please let me know if you are planning on breeding any poodles in the future. My breeders are slowing down breeding because there are no dog shows to insure that the poodles continue to keep up the poodle standard. Do you have a wait list? Also, do you have a health guarantee? Comments I grew up with poodles and so did my husband. We currently have 2 poodles. Lady is a standard black poodle and Rosie is a cream miniature poodle and the boss. Comments Hi Lisa! Just getting back to you since I last spoke to you on the phone. As I said before sex, color and age is not importain (less than a yr old is ok) crate trained is good, house broken is even better, just good temperment, and good health. I am not going to show the puppy, just love it. It will make an ideal companion for our 5 yr old female "daisy". My wife alredy has names picked out: "desmond" for the boy, and "Dallas" for the girl. Comments I was at The Trenton Kennel Club 2017 dog show and saw one of your poodles in the obedience ring and I fell in love. I have a Papillon now and have done agility with him and am thinking of adding a poodle to the family (family is me-retired, and a Bichon mix and Harry the Papillon). I own my own house and we live on an acre that is fenced in. I would be ready next spring but was told you may possibly be retiring from dog breeding! Just checking to see if you might have any puppies available spring of 2018. I would hate to miss out on the cream of the crop. Comments Hello we loss our last Poodle Daisy 4 yrs ago we had her 13 yrs a big loss we had 3 black toy males they brought a life time ok joy into our lives. We lived for them they were our furry children. We’re missing life with no Poodle. In the beginning I thought another female would be so nice if there are no females I could be just as happy with a boy I don’t care about color because there all so beautiful to me. We have a 12 yr old red toy poodle named Hannah who we adore. She is lonesome like we are after the loss of her "sister" recently. We would love to add another toy poodle to our family. We'd prefer a silver, red, or apricot female pup, but open to a male or even an adult if it's the right "fit". I hope you are still breeding. Would you let me know if you could help us? Comments Lisa, you are an awesome breeder whom I have been lucky enough to use your stud, Journey twice with my pure-bred Mimi. She has produced 5 pups through 2 breedings, and my new owners are ecstatic with the pups. My vet said they are beautiful healthy pups and if they weren't all sold, he would have wanted one. He said that I was a good breeder because I know what I am doing. I guess it helps to be an RN. Thank you so much. We are keeping the blondie, Gigi, and possibly would like to breed her and retire Mimi.
