Comments I grew up with incredibly good music from the Seventies which in many cases was housed in covers made by Hipgnosis. Sometimes i've bought and still will a record merely for Hipgnosis artwork. If nothing else they all take me on a journey.

Comments Right, I sort of grew up with Hipgnosis album covers, tho at the time I had no idea. Later when I read the book I got an isight into what they were about. Great stuff, and it's really great that this site has all the covers! The only thing I didn't like was that I had to scroll down a long list of non alphabetised band names to seek the covers and also between the clicks the list kept resetting. For a page that celebrates graphic design that is not a good thing, is it? Cheers.
