Comments Served from 85-90 as an OSC. After 26 yrs in the Nav..my best ship ever. Had the privilege of serving with J.G. Prout, conducted Operation Praying Mantis and broke a leg in Phuket Thailand while on liberty (now that is a hellofa sea story). Just the best group of people I have ever been associated with. My best memories are from my time on O'brien. Just place that tattered green ball cap that I still wear today in that hole when they cover me up.

Comments Great site, I served aboard O'B from Dec 83 to Nov 84 YN1. Retired in 03 as YNCS(SW/AW) from NAS Lemoore, CA. Remember quite a few names on the pictures, sorry that the mighty O'B was sunk but I think that most of the ships that I served aboard are now at the bottom of the ocean.
