Comments I just had one of your delicious peach. I grew a peach tree from a pit and it's about 4 years old and it's bloomed twice, however most of the peaches fall off or get eaten by critters. Any suggestions how I can for once get a ripe peach from my tree? Thanks

Comments I have been enjoying your white peaches for the past few weeks from our local grocery store. I love them so much I was inspired to look up the farm name from the PLU sticker to see where they were grown. As a native New Jerseyan, I was glad to see they are from just around the corner. I loved your farm history and thank you for the quality that you are continuing to deliver!

Comments My youngest son and myself had just visited yesterday. After so many years of my parents buying Sunny Slope's apples and cider, a tradition of my family around the upcoming Holidays. I've showed my son were to come and find the best apples and cider, nothing like Pennsylvania's apples and cider. It's always great to come home to the best ever.:o)

Comments My mother Carmella Costello used to live on Buttonwood farm when she was little with her mother and father Gaetono Costello who worked on the farm in the 1930's. She has fond memories of the family and living on the farm. She was remembering back when she was little and I was showing her pictures of the farm where she lived. It brought back a lot of good memories for her. She loves peaches still today and said Buttonwood where most delicious peaches she ever ate. Her favorite where yellow stone. My mother is now 90 years old.

Comments I remember as a kid, going to Sunny Slope with mom and dad, just to enjoy the free cider sample. They would have a running fountain full of it. Do you still have this?

Comments We live in Fort Mill SC and while shopping at Catawba River Antique Mall in Belmont NC yesterday came upon a Sunny Slope Farm peach crate from back when your Gaffney farm was still up and running. Researching the crate, I came upon your website and enjoyed reading about your family and the history of your farm. Families like yours keep the American Dream alive. Thank you for continuing to put food on the table for so many folks. I am a blogger (midlifepickers.com) and will include a picture of the crate and a little bit of the Sunny Slope Farm history in a future blog post. I usually put a link to the website and/or Facebook page of topics in my post.

Comments Went to Sunny Slope every fall with my Mom and brother when we were kids. It seemed so huge to us. And right in the middle was the cider! We would book it over there while Mom picked out her apples and warned, "don't drink too much of that!" IT WAS FREE! I remember how fresh and delicious it was. BUT, Mom was always right. Thanks for the memories!!!
