We are coming next summer! Can't wait to stay for a week and enjoy the hospitality. We saw the building during the renovation and couldn't believe the beautiful historic ceiling fresco's. Authentic & Beautiful!

Walk over the draw bridge into the old city, take a drink from the ice cold ancient fountain that still carries water from the mountains...soo refreshing. Marvel at the Venecian style square. My cruise line really brought me to a great ancient city!! There is a great walk way above the city. The old city Dubrovnik Croatia is a secret get away in the Adriatic, without all the typical nonsense. Some of my freinds stayed at the old town hostel just left of the fountain. Easy access to everything.

Stayed with Mike before the place was renovated, and even then it was nice. Being around Mike is just as great of an experience as seeing the old town - he will be a fun part of the memories you will encounter on your trip .

Michael is an amazing person in all ways and his hostel is great ! He made my stay in Dubrovnik an extraordinary experience...the hostel is comfortable, clean, safe and in the old city, which means it has the best possible location! I strongly recommend Dubrovnik Old Town Hostel to every backpacker- you won't regret !!!

About Mike:He is really so cool,so kind and he is always smiling.And that is the first reason to feel comfortable in his hostel.He's also helpful and so smart so i'm absolutely sure that he can do what he wants to do cus' he's a genius. About Hostel:This is the hostel which's the best located in Dubrovnik.At he balcony you can see the walls of the city,the cathedral and the street on which many restaurants located.But balcony is private for Mike,first you have to take permission :) Thanks for my best days in my trip Dude...i wished i could stay there long and help you for your dream..

Mike took me as a walk-in so I can't make a recommendation on hostelworld, but if I could, I'd give him, Lisa, and this hostel all the stars I could. Don't miss a chance to stay in this amazing place and hang out with lovely people. And be sure to ask Mike to teach you some dance moves - he knows them all.

We stayed here for one night on the 4th of April. We had such a great time and truly wish we could have stayed longer. The staff made our experience that much more incredible, big shout out to Michael, you're seriously the best! And thanks for the ice creams, they were just what we needed! We spent our night mingling with Michael and others staying at the hostel drinking wine, eating pizza and cookies and getting to know each other. The atmosphere was just amazing! The hostel itself was perfect; perfect location, perfect rooms, perfect facilities. Loved it so much and 100% recommend!

Welcoming & very helpful staff, 4 bed female dorm is large & airy, with lockable cabinets & comfortable beds. Shower facilities good, but could do with an extra one. Fantastic location, walkable to bus & ferry links. Can be noisy, esp at weekends, but overall excellent.
