Comments Thank you Cozz. One of your tow truck drivers was in the parking lot by dimple records in folsom. I asked him if he could help out a co worker with a dead battery. He quoted a price, after opening the hood of the car he noticed the battery terminals were loose. I did not have so much as a pair of pliers on me. He wrenched down the loose terminals and said see you later. We both can not thank you enough.

Comments Hello Nathan, I just finished keeping my car running after 45 minutes to keep the car well charged. While it was fresh in mind, I wanted to comment how impressed I was with one of your employees named, Larry Barker #29. For, at least 60 years, I have been deaf. In those years, I have came across a professional like Larry Barker #29. His professionalism was exemplary. He was a skilled and effective communicator, and the time to write, and explain everything that he did so I would understand. He had remove the battery, replace my old battery terminals, clean them. But after he clean the terminals, he found that they were crackes, so he had replace the terminals, then put the battery back in place, and then sprayed the terminals that would protect them. Larry was very patient with me, and took the time to write everything down( it seems like he had, at least, ten pages of writing). Based on Larry's professionalism, patience, an effective communicator, I would give Larry's performance a five start rating out of five stars. He was exc

Comments I was extremely happy with the work that Cozz’s did on my car. I have now had my car repaired there twice, and they have been consistently great both times. Not only were the people in the office very friendly and great to work with, they also kept me notified about updates in the repair status at least once or twice a week, and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. Between the wonderful repairs that were done and the excellent job the detailers cleaning my car inside and out, my car looked as brand new as I could ask for when I took it home. I would definitely recommend Cozz’s to anyone who needs work done on their car.

He came to my house to try and jump start my car... even though my battery was dead and it was unsuccessful, he did however put a smile on my face! He was very friendly and full of personality. Comments 7/9/13 AAA Call Driver: Larry Barker I have a 2006 VW Beetle that magically died on me a couple of days ago. So, I call AAA to get a "jump", drive to O'Reilly's, and get a battery. I thought I was getting a great deal- $159.99+ tax for the battery and free installation. While the service was pretty good, the so-called "free installation" didn't happen. There was something that needed to be moved that couldn't be moved because of their policy. Ok, I return the battery and get back in my car...it doesn't start...another call to AAA. After calling Pep Boys and Sears and getting quotes of around $160, I finally called AAA to have the battery installed WITHOUT having to move my dead car. LARRY BARKER SAVES THE DAY!!!!! He pulled up, asked what was going on, gave me a quote of $118 +$45 for installation **NOTE: The installation charge was only because my car is seriously ridiculous and difficult**, and got to work! He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how the battery affected other parts of my car- things

Comments Hello, My car's transmission was stuck in park Friday evening in Roseville when I called AAA for assistance they called your company to assist us. I want to say that your dispatcher was very nice when she called us for our location and estimated time of the driverĘĽs arrival. Your driver was very polite and tried his best at assisting us to get the vehicle out of park before having to tow it to the dealer. I must admit that the whole experience was handled in a very professional manner and hope that if I need assistance again AAA will use your company. Comments I am a member of AAA and had a dead battery on August 8. They referred you and Jacob came to my home. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He clearly explained what he would do and explained my options. After checking the battery there was a dead cell on my 5 year old battery. He replaced my battery and $130 later I was ready to go. Comments Technician Larry Barker arrived at our residence last night to change the battery on our Nissan Xterra. Larry quickly arrived within 40 min of us making a call for service. Larry was extremely friendly and professional while conducting the replacement. He event went above and beyond in saving our pre-programmed radio stations, so as to avoid us having to re-programm after the battery replacement. We greatly apprecaited Larry's service.

Comments I'm writing to commend the service of one of your AAA tow truck drivers. On 6/2/10 I was stranded in the parking lot of the Roseville Lead Hill Walmart. There was absolutely no power to my car and I was convinced that after a AAA jump start I would have to drive over to the Auto Mall and spend at least $120 on a new battery. Your driver Adam tracked me down in the lot. My first surprise was that he was clean cut and not smelling of cigarette smoke. Your truck was clean and modern looking. I thought Adam's first course of action would be to pop out the jumper cables. Instead he removed the battery cable and cleaned and sprayed the posts. Then he hooked up a meter and checked the battery. He thought it looked okay so he reattached the battery making sure the positive cable made solid contact. It was his assessment that somehow the positive cable had come loose. When I turned the key my car roared to life. But Adam wasn't satisfied. He ran a couple of more tests to make sure the battery was charging properly. The diagnoses from Adam w

Comments Continued: The diagnosis from Adam was a good battery but an 'iffy' cable. On Adam's advice I did not purchase a new battery. Instead I went home and re-checked the clamp and found a slightly stripped clamp screw. I replaced the screw with one in my tool box and haven't had a problem since. The bottom line is Adam has helped me squeeze a few more miles out of my battery and saved me the immediate expense that would have gone with it. I greatly appreciate Adam's help and wish that all of AAA's associates were as helpful, professional and friendly as he was. Thanks again.
