This vacation destination has been over the top !! Everything that the owner promised me, was delivered over and beyond my expectations. I've stayed in all 3 of his units and have been blown away each time. The views are breath taking ! The hospitality/ammenties that are provided by this owner and resort have been nothing short of 1st class. With the professionalism I have been treated with, I will be going on my 4th consecutive year of renting from this owner..!! (And the fact that you save over $200 per night vs Marriott, makes it that much sweeter) ..

This is my 5th year staying at Larry's Owner-Direct Condos end of January-early February. As always, a great stay and saving $160 a night versus Marriott is the only way to go. The new condo #1702 is phenomenal like #1902 with the limited-edition Triple Balcony, Rare dining table, double vanity master bath. We love the WiFi Smart TV's for NetFlix and playing music videos on YouTube. Already booked for 2019. As always many thanks!

My family and I stayed for a week at one of Larry's condos and were extremely happy with our experience. We also stayed at another condo for 2 additional nights as part of the Marriott hotel experience so we were able to compare the 2 rooms and the amenities to what Larry offered. Larry offered more kitchen pots, pans, and supplies than the standard Marriott room (he had a brand new sponge and 2 no-stick frying pans). The Marriott cluttered the refrigerator and kitchen with over-priced drinks and food that it was actually annoying not to have that space available for our own groceries bought from the local supermarket. The best part of renting from Larry directly is saving up to $300 a night on the actual hotel room. I have very high standards and I highly recommend renting directly from Larry.

This is our second year of renting Larry's Owner-Direct condos at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Resort&Spa. Our family rented three condos again this year for a week. We love the Resort, Singer Island's beautiful beach and crytal clear green ocean, and all extra features Larry has in the condos. He is fun to work with and stops by for drinks with us. He set us up on the 50 foot catamaran for the day which is a blast. And he put the guys on his Fishing Boat. Best of all, we saved over $170 a night for each condo compared to Marriott's rate&fees. We have already booked again for Summer 2016.

We had a family wedding here in December, 2018 and it was perfect in every way. The ceremony was next to the pool overlooking the ocean, and the reception was in the restaurant. The attention given to us by the staff was outstanding (my special thank you to Rebecca and Lindsay!), the food was so good, we were just so pleased with the whole experience. Thank you one and all!

We want to Thank You for a fantastic Thanksgiving Week stay at your Owner-Direct Condos. The #1702 and #1602 Terrace + Dining Table condos that my sister and I's families renter were simple awesome. Especially with the huge long terrace with 4 chair-chaise lounge-2 tables and Dining Table. So much larger than the single small balcony and no dining table in all other units like the one our brother stayed in with Marriott; he regretted not taking your other condo with his family of 6. The terrace made it easy for all of us to hang out together. Saving $120 per night versus Marriott's rate was gravy on the turkey. Fantastic Thanksgiving Buffet at your Ocean Front Restaurant, such friendly staff, great beach -pools-gym-and spa. We appreciate all your assistance with activities since we did not know the area. WOW Sail Fish Marina & Restaurant what a gem.

We rented 3 condos from Larry during the Christmas andNew Years Holiday. Wonderful condos and Larry added some great additions including beach toys and chairs, coffee supplies, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent to name a few. The condo had plenty of towels too. Very spacious condos along with the amenities of the hotel. Service was superb as was the entire Marriott staff!!! Loved Singer Island, Palm Beach and West Palm? Great restaurants and shopping. I liked the fact that even though we were in South Florida we didn't experience the overcrowding like in Ft Lauderdale or Miami during the holidays. Larry was great to rent from and I think this will be our new vacation spot!!!! Highly recommend!!!! And the weather was perfect!!!

We saved over $130 per night for one of the large 2bedrom2bathroom Ocean View 44 feet Terrace & Dining Table. Our family of 5 loved this Resort on the ocean. Happy to find the very large condos with kitchen and all the kitchen wares you need, dining table , full size refrigerator, and washer-dryer. The long terrace with the 5 chairs is awesome, as we saw the other condos with small balcony only 2 chairs. The free beach chairs with the built-in cooler pack for drinks and umbrella were perfect vs. Marriott's beach chair rentals $30 per day for 2 chairs. The restaurants and the friendly staff were excellent. Beautiful beach and the clear crystal green ocean are awesome. We also liked the Ocean Walk stores and restaurants down the street, and the Sail Fish Marina & Restaurant you recommended. Amazing to rent your owner-direct condos, we saved over $140 per day. We recently stayed in condo #1010, June 19th - 25th. It is a two bedroom, 2 bath, spacious condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean. What a beautiful view!! It's a great home away from home, all the amenities! My daughter came with a couple of friends (12 year olds) and had a great time. It felt very safe for her to go around the pools and have lunch on her own with her friends. Thank you so much Larry, for making it so easy and effortless!

We stayed at Owner-Direct Singer Island Marriott Resort&Spa New Year week. We loved it, we'll be back. The best part we found Owner-Direct and saved $190 a night vs. Marriott's rate. Our friends rented with Marriott's rate. My friends were envious of the Huge Terrace with 5 chairs chairs space and the dining table, their rooms had 2 chairs, no dining table. Great staff, pools, beach, restaurants, and spa. Great and easy working with Larry the owner.

The Marriott Resort & Spa at Singer Island was the perfect place to indulge in a slow pace while we pampered ourselves with great seafood. The walks on the shell-filled beach with warm gentle waves was just wonderful. Our beautiful condo offered all the ammenities one could hope for. It is obvious that the owner, Larry Keyser, takes pride in his property and truly wants to make sure that his guests are comfortable. The kids were extremely happy at the pool with the greatest slide, and with all the daily activities that were available to them. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again.

Your condo over Christmas week was simply fantastic for our family. Every detail was superb-immaculate-spacious. Your exclusive oversize terrace with the 4 chairs+chaise lounge chair+ 2 tables is levels above the other Resort condos with small balcony-2 chairs, your dining table, the double vanity master bathroom, the 2 sliding doors to the terrace, your free high speed internet so we did have to use Marriott. We very appreciated the thoughtfulness of the free hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, liquid disinfectant hand soap. My friends who rented one of the Marriott condos were envious. Can't thank you enough for putting us the Pura Vida Scuba Diving shop; my kids loved it. We will absolutely be back-and now my friends as well.

Hi Larry, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your unit last weekend. Condo#808 itself was absolutely beautiful & soooo big! It was so much nicer staying in a homey, spacious condo with so many amenities rather than a tiny hotel room with just beds & a bathroom. Incredible ocean view and ocean pool, dining table for 6 and the WiFi TV's were fantastic. Saving over $150 a night versus Marriott's rate was awesome. As I told you we were there to celebrate my daughter’s 23rd Birthday & we all had such a great time. We went to City Place a couple of times, the craft fair at the Marina , had some amazing meals & also got to enjoy the beach. I’m so glad I found you on the internet & I will definitely call you when I’m going to visit Singer Island again.

We were so happy we changed over from the Hotel to Larry's Unit 1902 at Singer Island Resort. I only found out about his units last minute and was undecided what to do.But in the end I save $180+ a night for duration of our stay.His 1400 sq ft condo is very clean and has views of ocean and intracoastal and all other needed items for a business or family trip.Got to have a cocktail will larry who is a true gentleman and he really cares that people enjoy there stay.He goes out of his way to make sure.See you soon Larry.We are coming back! I have been staying with my family at Larry's condos at Singer Island Marriott Resort & Spa twice a year since January 2011. This is simply the only way to go when renting at this Resort. Owner-Direct I save over $140-$160-$180 a day, versus Marriott's rates. I have stayed at most of Larry's units. Our most recent visit we stayed at Condo #1902-19th Floor again. As the description says, "The best privately available 2bed2bath condo at this Resort". is 200% accurate. The huge triple balcony and stunning panoramic ocean&intracoastal views is 3 times more amazing in person than the photos. So much more space that the balcony has 2 floor-ceiling sliding doors from the living room&master bedroom, 4 chairs, 2 tables, chaise lounge. Most all others at this resort are single balcony-single sliding door. Now, he has taken them to next level. The new WiFi TV's in all the rooms for YouTube, NetFlix, etc is awesome!!
