Comments What about Deaf's civil right with public service? as law enforcement, EMS, firefighter, court to provide access communications of all kinds that public service will not tolerance any abuse that we had bad experience in past. In Wyoming never following ADA guidelines, Wyoming Legislators draft into bills on how to pay interpreter service for the DEAF and It was signed into laws by Wyoming governor, ' court will provided the asl interpreter as per requested by deaf person and Deaf person shall be responsible for the cost for interpreter fee, not the state, county, or city.' that I am very disagreement with wyoming laws. Can you and NAD fight for Wyoming Deaf rights?
