We enjoyed our stay on North Caicos and at Hollywood Beach Suites IMMENSELY. It was just what we wanted in a vacation, no crowds, no big resort environment, and a beautiful stretch of beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, which wasn't nearly long enough! We'll be back in the future, I'm sure. Thank you again for a great stay. The whole trip easy, from the taxi to car rental and cellphone to fresh bread and a delicious dinner. Only wish I were still there.

We just wanted to write and say what a wonderful and relaxing time we had at HBS. The site was great - the beach was great and Alveda was fabulous and very helpful. We did alot of walking, bike riding, swimming, reading, relaxing, eating and ..well you can guess the rest. The suite was perfect - a/c worked great, king-sized bed - a real plus. It was my first vacation without my laptop and cellphone and I loved it!!! and Alveda can really cook up a storm. We look forward to our next stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the island to be very quiet and relaxing. Everything was great, definitely nice to see the extra effort you have put into making sure everything in the suite was first rate. Great bed, nice kitchen utensils, matching dishware glasses, pot and pans and very nice to have crystal wine glasses. The little things make all the difference.

I have to admit I was a little bit apprehensive when Greg planned the vacation. It turned out to be the very best trip we have ever taken. It exceeded all of our expectations!!!! The island is truly beautiful, so pure and untouched by the modern world. Everyone we met was delightful, helpful and very friendly.

What a beautiful, tranquil place. We spent a week there in April 2011 and it was just incredible. The other reviews were so helpful in terms of planning so we could just stay in and enjoy the simple life. The snorkeling off shore via kayak was superb and we enjoyed walking for miles and collecting shells. Friendly people. Warm water. Soft, white sand beaches. Accommodations were adequate and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We ordered a fresh caught fish every day and cooked it on the BBQ. The government farm was awesome, very rural and simple but great, farm fresh veggies and very affordable. One surprise: It is quite windy all the time and I would recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket, especially if you want to go out at night (stars are stunning.) This is a place we'd go back to and we don't usually say that! Awesome. Memorable!

We had a spectacular vacation!!! Alveda is quite the sweetheart and a good cook too. Her hospitality was wonderful. The accommodations were quite lovely. We needed nothing. If we are fortunate to vacation again, and pick North Caicos, we will stay with you. We had a marvelous time! Thank you so much for all your assistance in helping us prepare for this trip. It was probably the best vacation I have ever been on......seriously!

I must tell you that this was one of the best trips I've ever taken. What a beautiful place to visit!! The accommodations were fantastic and the proximity to the beach was amazing! Help was very gracious. I would definitely return. We had a wonderful dinner at Silver Palm Restaurant, just down the beach, and a great lunch at Daniel's Cafe in Middle Caicos. I can't think of a thing that was missing. Truly a restful and special place. I'd definitely return to stay again and hope to in the future. Be well and thanks again!!

March 3, 2005 Doug and I just returned from a WONDERFUL, peaceful week at Hollywood Beachsuites. The place exceeded our expectations and Alveda is a wonderful hostess along with being a fantastic cook. The suite is clean and has everything you could possibly need-washer & dryer are great for returning home with clean clothes.The beach is the most beautiful, quiet place I have ever experienced. We used J & B Water taxi to go to North Caicos and that was a wonderful way to see the surrounding islands. Plus, the cab stopped in Provo at the IGA where we purchased plenty of food along with a case of Turks Head beer-we could not find this in North Caicos.The boat captain's were fun and informative and made the ride over and back very entertaining.Alveda made Dinner our first and last evening and both were enough to eat for days as well as fantastic. She and her Husband are very welcoming, they will go out of their way to make you feel at home.We rented a jeep and saw every part of the Island; we really enjoyed the Wade plantation ruins a

November 9, 2005 We had an amazing 10 days at Hollywood Beach Suites! It was a picture perfect vacation, and just what we needed for our 10 year anniversary. We enjoyed lazy days just walking the beach collecting beautiful shells, snorkeling in crystal clear water, enjoying nature and eachother! I have never seen so many butterflies, dragonflies, lizards, crabs, and birds in my life. It was so relaxing to just swing in the hammock and read a book without a care in the world. There was actually a hummingbird nest right above the hammock, and it was neat to watch the mom feed her tiny baby. The suite was very comfortable and well equiped! We took the boat over so we were able to stock up at the IGA on Provo-which we were happy we did. Alveda cooked for us twice, and I agree with other comments that it is enough food to last a while. You must have the conch and peas and rice-soooo good! If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place to go. . .

Ken and I spent a week in North Caicos at the Hollywood Beach Suites. It is a gorgeous location, right on the beach, and we were very happy with our accomodations. The island is very quiet, laid back and RELAXING. There is not alot in the way of shopping or nightlife, so if you need those types of things on your vacation, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to get away from all the rush and stress of daily life,and to live in a bathing suit and flip flops most of the time, then this is the place for you. We took the advise to shop on Provo prior to getting on the ferry to North Caicos, and we were glad we did. While there are grocery stores on the island, the selection is limited and the prices are higher. It is best to get most of what you would need during your stay on Provo. We cooked in for all our morning meals, and most of our dinners. There are only a few restaurants open during this time and you need to call ahead to let them know you will be dining there. April 28, 2004 We are safely back at home, brown & tired. We spent a week at Hollywood Beach, 5 days at Grand Turk and 2 days on Salt Cay. Our objective, as it usually is, is to go to places where the masses don’t. I have to say that our expectations were exceeded at Hollywood Beach Suites. Alveda was at the airport to meet us, took us to the liquor store and then the grocery store. She showed up frequently, but not excessively, showing that she cared that we were OK. She cooked for us twice -- both times we saved some for breakfast. We walked the beach, all the way to 3 Mary Cays. We rode the bikes to the airport just to look. We rented a car from Pat and explored. We used the phone only to talk to Alveda and to Karen at the dive shop. We NEVER turned on the TV. We enjoyed ourselves.

Relaxing Getaway As a couple, we enjoyed a week-long relaxing getaway to this secluded slice of heaven. Many places market themselves as "exclusive", and they are -- in a sort of manufactured and contrived way. This place is exclusive in a more organic sense -- its location, its beach (which is basically a private beach), its boutique feel and small size. It is even better than advertised. Will definitely be returning.

April 14, 2004 We think the suites are very comfortable, attractive, well appointed. Kitchen well equipped. Paper towels, toilet paper well provided. Also a great idea having washer + dryer in suites. We feel very secure. The bicycles are very good. Places we went on them 1. KJ’s grocery store 2. Kew 3. Liquor store, stopping at Flamingo Pond – hundreds of flamingo’s We ate at Pelican Beach Hotel Restaurant – 5 minute walk. Anchor Inn for buffet. Both very good. We had meals that Alveda cooked – lobster, delicious cracked conch! She brought us groper which we cooked on the BBQ, after marinating it as Alveda told us she does! Great! Alveda and Charlton were very friendly and helpful. All in all – a wonderful and relaxing vacation. One of the best islands we have been to. Patty and Carla

Our family of four spent two wonderful weeks at Hollywood Beach Suites in August 2012. We took on two units allowing us to spread out and have some privacy. These pictures are real...and yes...the beaches are pristine. The water is clear and warm. You can walk this incredible beach in both directions on perfect powder white sand. The four of us have such crazy schedules. We found this vacation perfect and look forward to going back again. So grab a sippy, sit back, and relax... Our only regret is that we didn't plan to say longer. I could use a month here.

Thank you for an extraordinary vacation! Thanks for all the extras. Thank you for the bicycles. We had some great fun riding into Bottle Creek, KJ's and Josh's. The DVD's were nice to have after a day of playing. Alveda's cooking was great....especially since I didn't have to cook! The champagne! Tom LOVED his birthday cake and our romantic picnic at Three Mary Cays. We spent memorable day fishing, caving, beaching and fishing. A day we'll remember. Thanks for everything. We'll be back!

I must say that this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The accommodations were great. The view was OUTSTANDING!!!! What an amazing time we had. We spent most of our days in the hammocks or walking the beach. It was funny that upon our arrival at home, we started looking at the photos we had taken and the majority are of the sunrises and sunsets. That pretty much explains what we did during our 10 days in paradise. Up and in the hammock at sunrise and stayed there until sunset.. Thank you again for your hospitality and I definitely seeing us returning again. PARADISE!!!!!

May 17, 2004 I read that the suites were at the intersection of bliss & paradise..how true...but don't tell anyone about this place so we can keep it all to ourselves. Bring your shorts, teeshirts, and bathing suit; that's all you'll need. Don't forget fresh fruit on the island of Provo before you come; take the water taxi and enjoy the ride to paradise. Don't forget some good wine, white or red, and enjoy it with a great meal cooked by Alveda. Then if it's a beer you want; stop by and talk some local business with Big Josh Macintosh while you get refreshed. Bring plenty of books to read while you swing in the hammock and be prepared to feel like Tom Hanks in Cast Away; well not quite, but you'll feel pretty lonely. The only hard decision we have to make is to decide when we want to come back. And did I mention the oath you must take before you leave Hollywood Beach Suites? You don't tell anyone about this hidden secret so we can keep it all to ourselves.

November 16, 2004 If you want quiet and peaceful then Hollywood Beach Suites is for you. I think we saw a grand total of three people on the beach during our seven day stay. And, oh, what a beach it is! Seven miles of Caribbean splendor protected by a reef. The water is like a giant blue swimming pool. The suites are also wonderful. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking, the living room is very comfy, and the king bed is very nice. The pro- series grill overlooking the beach is a great touch for nightly cooking. Having the kayaks, snorkeling gear and bikes is tremendous. The bikes are the way you get around the island, so it is nice to have high quality bicycles. Take the water taxi over from Provo and then you can stop at the IGA and stock up on groceries. If we go back to the Turks and Caicos, Hollywood Beach Suites will be our destination! We will be back in years
