I have owned a Nortrack for some 5 years!My 254 has been a great tractor( even with the problems that came with it )I have been watching the chinese tractor market for close to six years or so.Most of the start up dealers do a good job of taking care of their customers,Judging from the feed back from the chinese web sights ! Now,I have to say from the first time I viewed RanchHands web sight I was impressed with how the company does things, like assembly and the amount of time they put into the photos to help their customers and any one that owns a chinese tractor. In early 2007 I began investigating PTO chippers. I found quite a lot of information on the internet as well as dealer info. After calling and speaking to many dealers I found that most only offered “in the crate” equipment. I wanted someone who would set up and adjust my chipper, and be available if needed. I wanted to be able to speak to a knowledgeable person, not the telephone sales person. Ronald at Ranch Hand Supply told me they only sell chippers that are set up, fully adjusted and serviced. My kind of deal. I purchased my chipper in March. After working it for approximately 35 hours, one day it jammed and refused to turn. I tried to repair it myself, but no joy. After calling Ron, he said bring it in. He found the problem ( a bend upper shaft ), replaced the part, readjusted the machine, all in short order. It has been a pleasure dealing with Ranch Hand Supply. The chipper works as advertised and Ron is a straight up guy. I have worked in retail all my life and I know the value of service. Thanks again

I purcahsed a Jinma "Crate" tractor in the summer of 05, I would not do this again! parts missing etc and I have to pay the import costs, should have contacted you. I purchased a ZL30 valve kit from Affordable Tractor Dec. 05/06 and it came from you!!, the kit has the "old style" hoses and mine is the "New Style" I will wait to see what they say. Pls send me via E-mail any news letters etc, I will be ordering all my parts from you as it seems like you have a real feel for these tractors and provide great info. THKS Tom Jr

I own a lenar 274 and yuchai dozer and have talked to Ron on the phone about both he was very knowladgeable and plesant about both for the questions I asked. I would deal with him no questions asked. I'm considering moving back to Pa. and he will be selling me more implements when I get there "like a snowblower" :)

We ordered a ZL20 valve replacement kit from Ronald after having read about them on CTOA. Even though we contacted him from the other side of the world (Norway, Europe), he kindly answered our e-mail promtly, and sent us the valve as soon as we had wired the money to him. Replacing the origional valve was done in a few minutes, and the difference was immense! The "Ronald"-valve really gives you much better control over your FEL. We are now able to use the FEL with pallet forks for precise and careful lifting of engines, waterjets, transmissions and other expensive goods where precision control is a must. We strongly recommend this valve replacement kit. It really delivers what it promisses. We also had a few problems with one of our new Jinma tractors, and even though we dind't purchase our tractor from Ronald, he was very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of help and advices on how to solve the problems. Thank you Ronald!

I was having problems with my ZL20 loader and after 3 weeks of people telling me to try this or try that I ordered a replacement valve kit from Ronald ( with a little fear, for I am not very mechanically inclined ),- all for not, it was an easy installation and the valve works great, so much better than the original, if I decide to upgrade my tractor the first thing i will do is order a replacement valve- the difference is unbeileaveble- smooth operation, comfortable stick placement and neat hose location all in all very happy

I have a farm pro 2430 tractor and was having problems with the hydraulics, front end loader and three point. I got online to try and find info on these tractors, with little to no luck, unless you wanted to pay to enter a website for asking questions. then i found ranchhandsupply.com and a guy named ronald. After talking to him and explaining my problems, he was very helpful, and didnt treat me like an idiot or say take it to a dealer. My problems were the hydraulic system had "deadheaded" at the control valve which caused a chain reaction in the whole system. after talking to ronald he advised me of the common problem in this area with these tractors, and offered me help and what to do to correct the problem. He sells a complete bolt on kit, control valve and hoses, which anyone can install. My problem went further, after the deadhead of the valve assy., my hydraulic pump went bad, the only way to get it to lift was full throttle of the tractor, and after a short time that didnt even work. Hi Ronald: I just put on that replacement loader valve kit from my 354 and the front bucket is finally useful! I rarely used the loader before because the controls sucked so much. Also, very nice finishing touch on the revised loader bracket as well. I feel luckier already. Thanks much, it’s like a different tractor.
