Comments We have had a wonderful experience with Las Vegas furnished homes and specifically working with Mary. I highly recommend this for someone spending a month or a few months in Town. Mary is very helpful, in fact any issue we ever had was resolved within hours! The owner of the homes seems very easy to work with as the whole process of doing the short term rental agreements is very simple. We stayed in two different properties and liked both of them, but especially the summerlin house. Everything is supplied for you, just show up with your clothes and toothbrushes. It’s quite nice to find such a pleasant and competent person as Mary to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

Comments Staying with LVFH was the best decision I made! The house was great, clean, well located and really quiet. If we had any issue our contact Mary was really helpful and did a great job by solving everything really quickly. Will definitively stay with LVFH again.

Comments My husband and I stayed at the condo for almost 2months while looking for a house to buy. The condo was well kept and clean.as well as the grounds outside. We have a large dog so the huge parkacross the street(with 2 dog parks) was a huge plus! We had a power outage for a couple hours and Mary was right on it! My husband was out of town often and I felt secure in knowing that a problem would be quickly taken care of if something should occur. All in all, our stay was a great experience and introduction to Las Vegas. PS- tons of stores and restaurants nearby!

Comments When we come to Las Vegas for an extended stay (WSOP), we love to have a comfortable and safe place that we can "live" in for a month or so. For the past 2 years we have rented from LVFH and have had wonderful experiences with Maggie and the team! We will be using them again next year and would recommend them to anyone!

Comments This was a blessing to stay in this property! It was extremely close to our new home, as we needed someplace to stay while we got the new house ready to move in. Its close to shopping, and the Rampart casino, if you're into gambling. We sure enjoyed our stay in this townhome. I will recommend this to our company for short term stays in the area.

Comments I had the PLEASURE of renting a 3 bedroom pool home for several weeks. The customer service was PHENOMENAL, everyone was extremely accommodating. I must admit, even in the mist of situations I was facing(displaced from my home because of a flood), everyone went over and above to make the ordeal pleasant. On a scale of 1-10 You All Rank 12... Comments I rented a nicely furnished condo and lived there for 1 year. I would have definitely extended my lease if I hadn't bought a house. The place was maintained very well and Maggie and her team were very professional, responsive and cooperative. I highly recommend this business.

Comments The condo was very nice and affordable. Some furniture could be updated such as televisions, dressers, dining table and chairs. Seemed a bit cheap. However, overall, I enjoyed my stay at the condo.

Comments We have traveled and stayed in rental properties (AirBnB, HomeAway) in the US and internationally. Early in July 2019, through the end of October 2019, we rented the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Silver Pines subdivision, Summerlin. From the time we initiated our search in March of 2019, through the end of our contract October 2019, we can't imagine a better experience anywhere in the world! The property was exactly as stated and the management was the best we have ever experienced. Maggie and Anthony were always quick to respond to questions and help! The day we checked in, we realized an iron wasn't found in the property. After calling Maggie and asking for one, she arrived later that afternoon with a brand new iron. Silver Pines is a lovely community with a pool and covered parking. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. We even were able to connect our Apple TV to watch the Cubs! Our many thanks go out to Maggie and Anthony for a 5 star experience!

Comments Staying at this townhome while we looked for a new home to purchase was the perfect choice. The unit was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. Bonuses were in-unit laundry and a two car garage with direct access. Can't say enough good things about Mary, our contact. Comments We stayed in condo "Rock Springs" for a month & it was great. The complex was quiet & great for our 2 small (under 20 lbs) dogs. Maggie & Jasmine (the rental team we worked with) were awesome, they really want people to enjoy their stay & it shows. The place had all the details, clean, thoughtfully totally furnished, clothes washer & dryer, vacuum, dish washer & very close to groceries & all shopping. What really impressed was not only the great place to stay, but how fast we were credited deposit money. The whole experience was great & they earned our trust. We had to find a place to stay for a long time & a hotel would have been more than 2x's the cost just for the bed, not to mention how much we cut the food bill by being able to cook real meals. Having a private apartment, instead of a hotel room, allowed me to set up a real home base with a printer, a kitchen, all the luxuries of home. I didn't have to cart all my belongings when I traveled, I could get a paper & check the mail.
