What a fantastic group of people. They were very caring, lovable, compassionate. From the time we walked in until the time we left we were completely satisfied with EVERYTHING! Not to mention the pricing is phenomenal! They even refunded me for a service that I paid for that they determined was not needed. I will never make an appointment with any other vet!!!

My only issue was that I was charged an "office visit" fee that was NOT listed on the website. With the purchase of a vaccine package there should have been a "free exam" but says nothing about an office fee. Otherwise the visit went well. Quick service. Company Response: The fee paid was the $10 appointment fee for the appointment time. We do accept walk-ins and no fee applies for walk-ins. An appointment alleviates the wait time and provides you with an approximate time for your pet to be seen. This is defined on the website, and we apologize for any confusion.

Sooo glad you perform your services at a affordable price. As a owner of 5 dogs, its gets to be very pricey, at the local vet. The location of the clinic, is less then 5 minutes, from my house. And you cant beat the friendly staff !!!!

I speak very highly of your services to all pet owners I meet. I am very pleased with the visits the ?kids? and I have made to Pet Supplies Plus (in two locations) and even the wait in line is rather fun. Pet owners have so much in common and chatting is quite interesting! I have always received thorough, caring service and great tips and information from the vet and the techs!

I just adopted a cat from the SPCA - then 2 wks ago I found a kitten about 3 weeks old in my garage. The mother had taken the rest of the kittens but some kids touched this one. I've been nursing her and she is growing wonderfully and I want to get her the shots she will need. I'm so glad you have this resource for us! Thank you!

Maisy and her Mum are SO glad Affordable Pet Wellness is her new vet clinic of choice. The vet we had been using for the past 4 years wanted to surgically remove "growths" on her neck and flank. This would have meant Maisy would be anesthetized and the cost was prohibitive as well (over $500). I called APW and asked Pam what her opinion was on the growths and she felt--after asking me questions about the size and appearance of the growths--that they could be papilloma warts (which are harmless and relate to the age and immune system condition of dogs). I took Maisy to APW to confirm Pam's diagnosis and, sure enough, the vet on duty confirmed they were the papilloma warts. We have used some homeopathic drops compounded by Pam and they have reduced the size of the warts. APW is a Godsend.

I have been to other low cost clinic before, and they don't in any way compare to the service you provide. Not only did my dog get a full exam, but meds for his skin infection as well. It was so wonderful to have everything taken care of right there. Not only did he get his shots, but so much love from the staff. I think it was the first time he enjoyed going to the vet. He did not even want to leave!! They explained things to me about what they found on their exam, and answered all my questions. This was the best Vet visit me and my dog have ever had!
