Saw your memorial at Valley of Life site. I am so touched at your memories, I lost my mom and recently a brother n law at 25. I love how you talk with your son. I tell my son we were the lucky ones to have known Mom and Chris. I am sorry I never got to meet someone so special. And your family is so lucky to have you. Kinda makes me miss my mommy more. Just wandering do you look for little peices of your son in every young man you see. Thats what I do I look for my mom's smile or even her hands , Glad I saw your site. I remember when you said goodbye after Vicki's wedding you told me to "give me a hug and say goodbye in case I never ever ever see you again and forget me" with this silly laugh and smile How could anyone forget you? That is impossible even if you tried. Thanks for being a good friend and person and in just brief moments teaching me a more about life and people that I imagine I might get from others in years and years of dealing with them. I can say I am a more enlightened person for having known you.

Hello, I watch the videos and pictures on this site and see jer was happiest at demise being on a bike and truely seeing love in his eyes... it's very sad to me more so then I imagined, I wish I could submit some video or pictures of us tearin' #$@%! up, I unfortunately was on leave due to multiple warrants but I loved him and still love his family... I'm not the best with funerals and havent attended any since I was six but wish I could of been to his and perhaps one other friend in my life... I almost feel bad due to how much time and friendship we had together, he met Matt through me and I can no longer even contact him... it's very strange to see this site, It hurts in a weird way... my heart goes out to jeanie and nikki (I think thats spelled right) my hats off to the work involved and if you need help let me know 650-921-4567.... but all things said and done I truely wish I hadnt been gone for the years I was gone when this all happened, I know jer died living his dream (what made him happy)... I spent so much time doing so
