I ordered the glassware and a full shield with my personal coat of arms on them. The customer service was excellent - in spite of the fact that very few people actually have a personal coat of arms. The glassware was excellently done and I am very happy with the shield!

I received a wonderful surprise and gift of a ring made by your company for my big 50th birthday. I was very impressed by the look, feel and fit of my ring. Hi Stephen, I am the happiest woman alive!!!! You and your company have restored my faith in humanity! I arrived at the office this morning to find my parcel on my desk I opened it with not too much trepidation having seen the sneak preview and am absolutely overwhelmed! Lindsay is going to be beside himself! The Sardonyx ring is truly even more perfect than I had imagined. I was absolutely thrilled to have found the place to order the perfect wedding anniversary gift. I spoke with Stephen directly on the phone, and he was so helpful in creating a framed combination coat of arms on parchment paper with our wedding date inscripted. The quality was exceptional, and my husband loved the gift. It was so wonderful to have been able to talk to someone directly rather than to do business strictly via internet. I recently received my Family Crest Ring and am beyond satisfied. The engraving is beautiful and the quality is excellent. I am a very impatient person and was not looking foward to waiting the usual 4 to 6 weeks that most jewelers said it would take to make a family crest ring. Stephen, Thank you TONS! My brother just got married & since he & his wife went away & did it alone, it was difficult to figure out what to get the couple that "has everything". The print was beautiful showing both of their coat of arms & the date of their marriage. The best part though was the glasses with our last name & coat of arms. I wasn't expecting it to be such a quality thick beautiful glass (not easily broken like the usual ones) & the engraving was just perfect. The ring I ordered is amazing! Very, very good quality and excellent service. I contacted Historical Names (Stephen) to see if they would make a ring for my son's 14th birthday within a very tight schedule. Indeed the ring came the night before his birthday. I was actually on the phone to my friend when it was delivered and can't tell you who was more excited. Anyway managed to keep it a secret for a whole 14 hours until my son got up the following day and he opened a present which had a box with a picture of kitchen scales on the front. Not impressed! However, he opened the box and pulled out reams of junk and found the ring in its own box. (Beautiful box) He is absolutely thrilled with the ring. Keeps getting a soft cloth and shining it up. We have shown everyone the ring over the last few days and they are all mightily impressed with it. Thank you so very much for all your help. I am more than delighted with the service and the product and will gladly order from you again and recommend you to family and friends.

The 50th anniversary of our family's "Cousin's Club" being formed was fast approching and Stephen helped me find our family crest and adapt it to match a previous crest used in a family history. The crest looks great on the invitations we sent - we are even using it on the place cards for the 50th anniversary dinner we are having. I can't wait to receive the banner displaying our family crest - I think it was a wonderful way to use the money left to the club in the will of one of the founding cousins. Her love of her family will be displayed at every gathering!! Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and paid attention to every detail of our order.
