Thank you to Rodney and Brandy! I got my horse yesterday evening after shipping him from south GA to Northern CO. It was my first time shipping a horse cross country, and I was very nervous about the process. Not only did Rodney and Brandy keep in close contact during the trip, answering my many text messages and sending me pictures of my horse, but my horse arrived in perfect condition. No scrapes, bumps, or any lameness when he got off the trailer. He was not stocked up AT ALL! They make it a point to get the horses off the trailer regularly when safe, which I think made a huge difference in my horse. He was well hydrated and looked just as he did when he left GA. In addition, they also rearranged the start of the trip for me when I was unable to get all my paperwork and everything organized in time. I felt so very comfortable with having my horse in their care, and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Rodney, I can not thank you enough for returning my four-legged friend to me in such wonderful condition just yesterday. Tar Baby has always been a good traveler in the trailer, but a journey across the country can be hard on a 19 year old guy. From GA to AZ, you stayed in touch with me and Erin, who had been leasing him in GA, to make sure we knew he was doing ok. You are even a great photographer. It was so nice to see the pictures, to be able to see that he was doing so well. It's always a good sign when your horse's ears are pricked forward as he loads the trailer on the third day. You heard our concerns about this special guy traveling across the country and did everything you could to make him (and his owners) happy and comfortable through the whole trip. You followed all the detailed feeding and medicine directions, took him off the trailer often and let him stretch his legs, gave him the back slot so his big butt could have lots of room, :) and truly cared after him as if he were yours. The Wilbanks recently transported two horses for us from Colorado to Georgia. They did such a terrific job that I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who has horse transport needs. My mare stepped on a nail and got an abscess a few days before she was to leave and they gave her medications and took care of her the whole way. She was totally sound when she got off the trailer and trotted around the pasture. They also send me pictures via email along the way so I could see that the horses were happy and healthy. Thank you Lone Star Ranch Horse Transport for delivering our horse safe and sound this past weekend. We want to leave your visitors with some of our thoughts on your company too, especially if they are looking for a wonderful and caring shipper for horses, we say… look no further. This team is awesome. Their professionalism is above and beyond the average horse shipper. We have personally dealt with a few other horse shipping companies, and will say they were not nearly half as good, and we will highly recommend Lone Star Ranch from now on. Rodney and Brandy are truly one of the best in the business. Our registered spotted saddle horse arrived on time and in perfect condition after a cross country trip. I also noticed how clean the transport stalls were on their trailer on arrival of our horse, too. So naturally our horse came off the trailer looking great.
