I have visited your store a few times in the past two weeks with an attempt to purchase something. My experience has been that your associate on staff had no knowledge of health care supplements and was not interested in knowing. I did purchase a Santevia water pitcher with some phone assistance from an associate in Canada. Your associate on staff that day could would not assist me with questions I had regarding the pitcher. I will return the pitcher today because the pitcher does not satisfy my requirements in a good quality water filter system. I really think that your store could most likely benefit from an associate on staff who understands supplements and can share an educated opinion on a customer purchase.
