I told you I would write after I read your book, but I never knew how the actual "writing" would be so difficult....and yet it pales in comparison to all that you have felt, written, and experienced. As a mother, I know how your thoughts and feelings are so real.....I can't ever imagine life without my children present. The meer thought of not having any one of them in this world is unimaginable, and yet God has His own plan. This I know, and yet don't understand. I thought I might be able to read your book and then have something to say that might bring you comfort, so many years later.....but I have none. My heart has ached for you and I feel as if I lost Jenni, too. Tears come to my eyes.... and I never had the pleasure of seeing her face, hearing her voice, or feeling her touch.....but somehow even me, a complete stranger, she has touched almost 20 years later. Comments This is such a great site you put together! I attended Richland Center for two years and was a student at the time of the accident. I had just met jennifer and Kevin that year. I can honestly tell you that the thought of the accident is still with me, what a tragedy. Before that accident I dont think I had ever buckled my seat belt and since that day I have never not. I wish I could have known her and as I said this morning, I wish I could have been there for you during those hardest of times. I can be a listener. I realize the pain is still there and since we are now friends, I will be there to listen, comfort, hold your hand or just give you a hug, WHENEVER! You are an amazing person with a great heart and spirit. I only hope that I can learn to love and trust HIM as you do. I'm finding my way, now, but it's been a while.
