I have never had a greater experience in a class. Chuck was very patient and thorough with his teaching. I have learned that PDR is not an easy profession. I have a much greater respect for the craft (art). In the future I would like to take the advance course Chuck offers. Also Chuck and Melanie have a successful business based on teamwork they have between a husband and wife.

I'm starting to finally relax and enjoy my pdr work. I picked up another wholesale account recently. Also do recon for 5 other small dealerships. They are really happy with my work. Its nice when others appreciate what we do, unlike where I was. Another of my small dealerships sells pretty nice cars, very picky guy but is very happy with my results! Just had what I thought would be 11 very small dings and one larger one but turned out to be 20 in all. First the reception upon arrival was beyond approach, Second the finish work was exceptional as well not to mention Chuck had quoted me a price based on less dings but kept to his quote. I would highly recommend Chuck and his wonderful wife to anyone for the quality,timeliness and price of their combined services. One could not find better people to work with, oh! and they also found 20 dollars in the car. How is that for integrity!

Thanks to Chuck and Mel, in 5 years I've gone from earning $55K/yr. as an architectural draftsman to pulling in $85K last year as an in-house Paintless Dent Repair technician for a local dealership, leading a 3-man PDR team. Before meeting Chuck and Mel, I had zero prior knowledge of anything auto related. 2 weeks later, I had the skills and knowledge to begin carving out a new career for myself. It didn't happen overnight, but with dedication, determination, patience, and a steady flow of work, I was able to hone my skills to an impressive caliber. Within 2 to 3 years I was told my work was superior even to the prior contracted PDR tech, who had many more years of experience than I. I could not have achieved any of this without Chuck and Mel's extremely valuable knowledge and demonstration. It's the best investment I've ever made, and it continues to pay off year after year. just wanted to say thanks for the excellent and professional quality PDR work for my car. The cost was very fair and work was done very quickly. I spent time relaxing on harbor walk and enjoying my time off I almost didn't want to come back and pick up my car right away. There were 6 locations to be PDR'd and I thought I'd be waiting around all day, but Chuck fixed them all in just a few hours. Excellent work, I'll definitely recommend this business to all my friends!

I couldn't have imagined a better experience for being introduced into the PDR world than the one Chuck and Mel provided for me. I have been astounded as to how much I truly learned from their direction, as you'll find out once you're on your own. I was on vacation when one night I came upon a nasty sharp dent on my brand new 2012 vehicle. I am a very picky person so when I got the car washed, I noticed a sign for paintless dent removal so I decided to call and meet them for an estimate. Chuck was professional and courteous and explained the entire repair process. I left my car the next day and when I returned, It was like I had a new door on my car. I mean it was perfect! No other paintless dent repair guy could have fixed this door. It was NASTY and in 3 places on the bodyline. The job was done to perfection. I recommend them to anyone.

I just spent a week training with Chuck and Melanie and all I can say is WOW! If you want one on one training with a professional team you should seriously consider Dent-Trix without a doubt. We hit the ground running right away and didn't stop to my last day, and Chuck was always there if you needed him. The atmosphere in the shop is very relaxed, we worked hard and we laughed hard, and I learned a tremendous amount because of the way Chuck and Melanie train you. As soon as time permits I will definitely be going back for my second week of more intense training. I loved it! Thanks Chuck and Melanie for everything! You guys are great. Pete

What after I was home impressed me most was the calls after I was home they have kept in touch with me just to see how I was doing. This is something I did not expect. Anyone who knows me knows that my Navigator is my baby. In fact my favorite quote is "Is there life after death.... Touch my truck and find out!" But no matter how careful I am or how far I try to stay away from people there are always those idiots with no integrity that manage to find a way to put dings and dents into my beloved vehicle. Luckily I was able to find Chuck and Mel and they were able to remove the damage from the fore mentioned idiots. To be honest when I headed out to get the dings repaired I never truly thought that they would be removed completely. You know, without leaving the tell-tell marks where the dents once were. This is the one time I was ecstatic to be proven wrong! Chuck is a true artist and took the time to remove the dents completely. Watching him work and seeing his amazing attention to detail was incredible. If I did not have pictures I could not ever show anyone where the dents were, no one would ever believe there was ever a dent there! This was a great experience, an amazing job and such a great opp

If your looking for the best in PDR training, Dent-Trix is the school for you. Chuck is very focused on quality vs quantity. PDR is very difficult to learn! With that being said, training with Chuck can greatly speed your learning curve. Being in the auto industry for the past 10 years I have seen my fair share of bad PDR. These guys that are hacking cars up are giving PDR a bad name. Chuck will put you on the right path to good and clean repairs. He is a true master when it comes to PDR. In the PDR world glassing a dent means getting it out near perfect. Not many people can do this, but Chuck does it all the time! I spent 2 separate weeks with him and Melanie for training and I am glad I did. He put me on the right track and now I own my own business. If you are serious about learning PDR and want to get the best training and are willing to put the hard work in then get with Chuck. Together with his knowledge and your determination it will be hard to fail. Thanks for everything Chuck and Melanie!

Bought my Black Tacoma from a dealership and the paint work was terrible. There were clear coat splotches all over the truck and there was a dent on my passenger side. Took my Truck to Chuck and he did a fantastic job, all the splotches were removed and the dent on my passenger side door was removed, you would never know there was a dent there, flawless! Thanks Chuck for the amazing work, my truck looks brand new!
