Hello, My name is Theresa. I was previously employed by a USA Gas station down the street from your establishment. I had many great customers come in from your shop at the time. It was in the saddest regards to have to resign that position without saying goodbye to those customers. My son-in-law referred me to In-Line Collision after my 1999 Dodge Dakota was involved in a hit and run while parked at the Laurel Parking Garage in San Diego. They had to replace the passenger side door and repaint to match the old paint. The job came out perfect. There was a hitch with the electric window but Todd fixed it when I returned after 10 days (their normal to ensure that the paint and everything else is up to their standards and the customers approval). I was totally happy with my experience and Todd is awesome! Most recently, my 2013 Buick Lacrosse was read-ended, with fairly minor damage to the rear bumper. I took it directly to In-Line Collision and Todd, once again, did his magic. It came out perfect and I am happy as a clam with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I would refer all of my friends (and I have) to his shop -- he's the best in town!

4/28/2015 My experience with In Line has been nothing but the BEST. I have had many cars in Todd's shop due to my teenage drivers...My work was done at my highest expectations. They kept me informed of the process... Our down time was due to the lack of people not having insurance that hit us, or insurance companies trying to make Todd use after market parts. On new lease cars, parts have to be new.. Todd works very hard along with his staff to make sure everything is done for his customers. I have never, ever, had a problem with his work. In fact, he has done a lot over and beyond the call of duty...I had two cars in there at one time, and he saw my number come in as caller ID and answered his phone " my name, auto body." I thought that was cute.. Great service, and the workmanship can't be any better ....

I just got my 2003 Dodge 1500 Van back from Inline. My van was a mess when I took it in. It had numerous dents, lots of rust on the roof and the paint was coming off in sheets. The van looks better than new and I know it has a better paint job than it did when it was new. I have gotten many compliments on the van and would recommend Todd and Inline Collision to any one that is looking for an easy and hassle free experience.

My experience with Inline has been an absolute dream. Todd was fantastic and from my very first email to him he was prompt and to the point and gave me everything straight up. They towed my car out of a different body shop (which was just the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life) and even paid the fees that they charged me (half of which I didn't know they were going to charge me but thats a different story). I was told my quote was ready the day after they got my car (vs. the 2 weeks it was at the other shop). Todd asked I come in so that he could visually tell me his suggestions on how to save me money. I didn't really see a purpose in this, but it was worth the trip down there. He was essentially able to give me a line by line comparison of what one body shop quoted me an what he quoted me. If there was a difference he showed me why there was a difference or how he was saving me money. 5.0 star rating 4/9/2014 I've been going to In-Line Collision for many years, I can't remember how many cars I've had Todd "Hawkster" repair. The repairs have been perfect every time. Some times I've had to use my insurance and he's always handled every claim for me, so I didn't have to worry about a thing, he even got my rentals for me or my wife. His word is true and I like it when your dealing with the owner. They do motorcycles too and he even does all of the painting himself, I just had him do a custom paint job on my Harley, he's awesome. Most of his customers are women, he's the most honest guy I know, He always goes the extra mile for people. I recommend In-Line to everyone and always will. Thank you Hawkster for everything you do. Congrats on the expansion too!! The place looks awesome.

5/20/2014 I've had major repairs on my 2000 Corolla twice at In-Collision Specialists. On both occasions the price was fair, repairs were done on time and quality of the work was excellent. Todd Phelps and his office staff were always professional and courteous.

I recently had auto body repairs done on my car at In Line Collision. Todd gave me a fair estimate and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. The car was ready just when he promised and all repairs that we agreed on were done to my complete satisfaction. Mary in the office was always polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing body work. It was worth a trip from San Diego for me.

i purchased a classic 1970 chevelle and am restoring it. most importantly i wanted a really great paint job. todd had repaired and painted many cars i had sent to him thru my job at a local car dealership. all of the cars he took care of were done to great satisfaction to the respective owner. so, where else would i take my car! and, as expected the results were terrific.

When I got a quote from Todd, I thought it was too good to be true, but all of his online reviews were positive so we bought the car and brought it to him for repair. We live in North County, so the drive down was a bit out of the way....BUT WELL WORTH IT! They did an outstanding job on my car and even went above and beyond the work we discussed touching up some extra things free of charge! My husband was very impressed with their work and couldn't believe the quality was so high for such a low price. I will take all of my cars to In-Line Collision in the future if (God forbid) they need paint/body repair :)

I have had Todd Work on my 2000 Cadillac about 5 years ago he did great work and the price was a least half of all the other estimates I got. I now have the car back due to an accident, his shop is over 20 miles from my home but is well worth the distance he is very pleasant to work with and his services are excellent I would highly recommend his shop to more of my friends. thanks Todd.

A+++.I had shopped around for awhile as I was going to pay out of pocket for some minor damage on my 1996 Monte Carlo. I found Todd @ In-Line Collision, he wrote me the best priced estimate, plus they are a BBB Acredited business. So at that point I had no reason to go anywhere else. I have since bought a new 07 Monte Carlo and had to have some work done on it. I highly recommend them and no way will I ever let my insurance company send me to another shop.

I took my 72 Mustang Mach 1 to Todd for bodywork and paint. It came our superb. Was very happy with the work done. Have since won prizes with it at various classic car shows. I sincerely recommend Todd.
