I came to Jacksonville about 5yrs ago. I was referred here by a friend and coworker. After experiencing several places for waxing in other states I was pleased to find this location it is great and Song was very professional and made me very feel comfortable to work with. I was so pleased with her work, as long as I live here I will remain a customer.

Song is Amazing! I researched, then got up the nerve to look for a place to get a Brazilian wax. Well, I chose Song after reading all the feedback, and if you wrote one, thank you. I was comfortable from minute one, it was like we knew each other for years! I told her what I wanted, and then she told me to undress. From that point on, things only got better, rather than awkward. We talked about so much different stuff. She also looked at me with a female eye, and made her suggestions on my Brazilian. I liked her view and went with it and glad I did. It was no worse that removing a band-aid from your arm quickly. She also took care of the underarms, and the uni-brow. She is meticulous, doesn't miss a hair, and a perfectionist. As if I wasn't already relaxed and comfy, the facial was pure ecstasy! I did't want to leave, so I did book my next appointment after barely getting dressed! I was extremely pleased with my visit to Song, and I am a customer/friend for life! Get the Tend Skin also!

I used to live in Jacksonville, and found Song on a website with nothing but great reviews. I decided to give her a try and continued to get waxes (brazilian, eyebrows, etc) by Song for 5.5 years, without ever going to anyone else. She is great at what she does, and very professional. Now I moved away, and have had the worst time trying to find someone who even remotely compares. I find myself wishing I had someone who cares about attention to detail as much as Song does, and missing the excellent work she does. Now I either have misshaped eyebrows or walk around looking like bert (ernie and bert). I MISS SONG'S TOUCH!! I send all my friends in Jacksonville to her and they come back with rave reviews, and even when people came in town I would bring them to Song to get touched up by her greatness, and everyone loved her. Dont hesitate, give her a try, I promise you will go back!

What a great experience. I was able to get a same day appointment with Song, talk about convenience. I went for a Brazilian because the reviews seemed great and the price was absolutely reasonable. All I can say is she is fantastic! She had me laughing half the time and even gave some pretty great advice. No easy feat as I had gone several months since my last wax, and Im no fan of pain. Honestly, it was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she is so thorough. I'd recommend her over and over again.

I got my eye brows done! She did the best job Ive ever had and Im 26 with wild yet thinned cookie monster eye brows! Ive had my brows done by several people before and never happen because they either took all my brows off, uneven, or just plain crazy.. But I am VERY SATISFIED !!! THANKS i will be back!! My wife and I decided to do this togeather and I glad we did. It is uncomfortable experince the first time but not so bad the second time as it is the first. It is not like a massage. The rewards though were worth it for us, our libido has increased and the clean feeling for me I enjoy especially around the butt. Even after washing it seems to always be dirty and my wife insisted it be waxed. Now she dosnt mind getting near it when we get intimate. Song is really nice, she did a great job, very professional,provided a good bit of advice, and was not overly expensive. The office is going to feel at home. You will go upstairs and the bathroom is next to the room in the hall so go before you begin.

I just had a wax done in Cincinnati Ohio and it did not compare to Song! They left hair and were not thorough..I think Song has spoiled me and I am considering taking a trip to Florida, from Ohio for my next wax!! I fear I will never find anyone as good as Song!!!

Song is a down to earth person who handles her clients in a professional manner. She is very caring about people and making sure that her clients are completed with all the hair off the body. Her waxing techniques are the best and less painful than others I had dealt with in the past. I had a full body wax and it was great... I felt better and going to the gym my friends noticed right away. That hair hides the definition of the muscles...

Song in AMAZING! I got a brazilian wax last year & even though im a cry baby and a cusser Song made it seem like everything was alright. It wasnt my first time getting one but Song literally left NO hair! unlike all the other places that made me pay 60 and i still had to go home and pluck some extra hairs. im planing on making another appointment once i get my paycheck! :)

Song was AMAZING. Not only did she see us in a short notice, but she also did our eye brows for us! Was just discussing Song with a friend online and thought I'd share: Not everyone has the gift. I've had "okay" facials. I've had bad facials. Songs facials are transcendent! After unsuccessfully trying to give myself a Brazilian wax, I decided to leave it to a professional. I made an appointment with Song after reading all the great reviews. She is THE BEST as far as I'm concerned. Not only is she a nice person but she made me feel comfortable with the whole process. We were talking the whole time she was waxinng so I didn't even think about what was happening. Before you knew it, it was over and It didn't even hurt. It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive!
