I want to highly recommend this company for your awning needs. I have a retractable awning which was in need of a material replacement. I had lost all the paper work on the awning. So I contacted all the main awning suppliers. None of them wanted to touch the project because they didn’t install the equipment. Finally, I feel upon Advanced Awning and Design as an option. Upon calling, I discovered from Jackie Smith, the owner, that she remembered our name and she pulled our information up immediately. They had installed the awning in 1999. Amazing!!! I contracted with her for the replacement. She was very transparent about her pricing and even gave us a military discount of 10%. Their crew, which was headed up by Tony Guerra, where great to work with. We had decided to double layer the center of the awning where it passed over the rollers in order to protect the fabric from excessive wear. Additionally, they agreed to sew and glue the seams. Presently everyone merely glues the seams. This was after we agreed on the price. Once install
