We had to remove the shingles from our roof and as it turned out we had a double layer on & didn't know it until we were into the job.This was a situation that ended up almost last minute when it came to a trailer or dumpster. As we got into the job we found out we had a double layer and the trailer provided was originally for a single layer. When we found out and called John he was very understanding and was willing to work with it and cut us a great deal. Every time we had to call for any reason the call was promptly returned if not answered right away. We had some difficulties which affected the time frame of the return and John worked with us and even extended the time on the trailer at no extra charge. I found out that this company started out with only one trailer some years ago and has definitely grown to a major business. I am sure it is due to the fairness and understanding of the owner John Hamilton. I would without hesitation recommend this company as well as use him again ourselves in the future.

I would highly recommend Rent-a-Dump! I called several competitors to compare and this was by far the most reasonably priced and provided the most professional and friendly customer service. John is a pleasure to work with. His staff dropped my dupster off in the perfect spot, so I could clean out my grandmother's house. I would recommend, and we did it all by phone long distance from Texas. You can feel comfortable with this company. Thank you!
