Comments Sat Nam, I am looking for a printed copy of "A Year With the Master." I see you have a cd-rom for sale. Unfortunately, my computer doesn't have a cd-rom function.. Do you have any idea where I could find the actual book? My teacher Kia Miller taught a handful of kriyas and mediations from this book for a teacher training I attended. Our whole group of trainees was disappointed when we couldn't find the book to buy anywhere. We had some really beautiful experiences from these teachings and would love to share them with others. Comments Sat Nam, I need your help,few days back i was reading Sukhmani Sahib and in 24th asatpadi there comes "buddh gyan sarb teh siddh" and i accidentally chanted "buddh tyaag" from there on i am not able to use buddhi, i am working through intuition only there is no intellect. I prayed for mistake but nothing happened please help. I do not know how this mistake happened. Without it how will i gain wisdom and live ahead and please help and take this seriously. Please talk to Guru Sahib.

Comments Hello, I am searching for an old friend of mine who has a very similar name to you...and yet, from the photo, I know you are not she. Her name was Guruprem Kaur Khalsa and she was married to a computer store owner named Guruprem Singh. They lived in Altadena in the late seventies. They had one daughter who was sent to your Guru's school in India. I think they may have divorced although I am unsure. She was trained as a Montessori teacher in Washington,DC which is where I met her in 1977. Can you direct me to where I may locate her now? Thank you deeply, kanta masters

Comments Sat Nam Ji, I felt that your excellent notes on Ishnaan differ somewhat from the description found in the Aquarian Teacher Manual. I mean the issue of directing water on the forehead and head generally. To be honest, I've tried both ways, and the one described by yourself feels distinctively better for me. Nevertheless, I would like to be reassured, that it's OK, and would be very grateful for a comment or two on these apparent differences in the description of Ishnaan. Love and light Zbigniew
