Thank you so much for your help. My husband called to have your company check over our system because the original company that installed it has been very hard to reach...they honestly didn't give us much information on our system when it was installed. After my husband called Meyer Septic and talked with a very nice and knowledgeable representative she informed him of how a sand filter system works and how to self diagnose the system.
