Comments My name is Joe DePalma, and I recently moved to New Hampshire. I was an active trap shooter and reloader where I used to live in northern Delaware and wanted to double check that your shotgun fields are open to the public. Comments Regarding my previous comment: I have lived next to a shooting range therefore I know first hand of noise and I accepted it since the range was built first before my home. There is a stereotype that single mom's are against guns, but it's false in my case. I am a firm believer in the right to be armed if you are a law abiding citizen and sane. I would like to join this club. I previously had a membership at Townsend Rod & Gun Club because they had programs for kids, however, I think I can bring my expertise regards to archery to benefit my home town's club plus I'd like to use guns there if firing guns is still allowed. I've tried shooting rifles at Harvard Gentlemen's Club and I loved it. I will be calling this fall season to check this range out.

Comments I'm a single Mom and enjoy archery with my son. I took him to a range couple years ago to give him confidence around guns because many kids in modern times fear them due to societal news they witness. He never tried guns, only archery but I'm glad Hollis has it's own range in the event he's ready and secure enough to try shooting. It's a shame some folks would want to shut down something so special. The range was here before most homes were built, therefore I think the range is priority. Babies next door make noise, you don't see me trying to throw out families with babies, no one throws out people whom host a loud summer BBQ, so who would want to shut down a range over noise? Doesn't make any sense at all. People shouldn't buy a home near an existing range if they can't tolerate a little bit of noise.

Comments My 12 1/2 son Alex is very interested in signing up for the fun winter Archery competition u have coming up in Feb. He is going to be getting a compound bow from Pete's Gun and Tackle and is very excited to join your club and has shot at targets up north with friends and instantly liked the sport and shot at the targets well for a beginner. He also needs , and wants to come during your June-Aug. season coming up at 4pm and also use it for a phys. ed. credit at his charter school, since they do not offer sports, and there are very little sports he is interested in!
