Cozz you got a real winner with driver number 29, larry. My 1992 ford explorer ran low on gas and i needed a quick two gallons and larry came to my rescue. He was their very early and was well spoken and very nice. While giving me some gas he informed me about my make and models fuel pump that i didnt know before. Thanks larry now i know and can make sure to keep my gas pumping.

Thank you Larry! This morning my Chevy Silvardo had some strange electrical glitch. Fortunately, I was able to park it before it went completely dead. While I was waiting for AAA I called the local Chevy Dealership - none of the scenarios they mentioned sounded good. When Larry got there I told him what they said - he checked a few things and determined my battery connection terminals were the problem. He was able to clean it and fix it in a few minutes. He was so professional, courteous and knowledgable. He saved the day for me - thank you again! I really appreciate the great service :-)

'Cozz' and Effect' Hello, all. How are you? I hope you're well. I had a car malfunction so I called AAA. They recommended you, so it led me to place a call Monday night at 9:14pm to have this car towed a mere 7 miles away, to a place called home. AAA mentioned that it may take as late as 11pm to have one of your crew members assist me. It is 11:50pm right now and no one has arrived. My query to you is this: What level of service do you feel is worthy of Cozz's slogan '100% customer satisfaction?' I would really like to know, and to know if- and how Cozz's intends to fix this snafu. For starters, how about free towing After the first 5 free miles For the inconvenience. Sincerely, James B.

I have made two calls to AAA over the past six months because of a dead battery on my 1996 Chevy Suburban, and Larry (employee #29) responded both times. The first time, he replaced the battery; yesterday, he replaced a battery terminal that became loose. In both instances, Larry was knowledgable and professional. Larry is a great employee for Cozz's, and I think you are very lucky to have him.

Technician Larry Barker arrived at our residence last night to change the battery on our Nissan Xterra. Larry quickly arrived within 40 min of us making a call for service. Larry was extremely friendly and professional while conducting the replacement. He event went above and beyond in saving our pre-programmed radio stations, so as to avoid us having to re-programm after the battery replacement. We greatly apprecaited Larry's service.

7/9/13 Review Cont'd Anyway, Larry was professional, friendly, and informative. 7/9/13 AAA Call Driver: Larry Barker I have a 2006 VW Beetle that magically died on me a couple of days ago. So, I call AAA to get a "jump", drive to O'Reilly's, and get a battery. I thought I was getting a great deal- $159.99+ tax for the battery and free installation. While the service was pretty good, the so-called "free installation" didn't happen. There was something that needed to be moved that couldn't be moved because of their policy. Ok, I return the battery and get back in my car...it doesn't start...another call to AAA. After calling Pep Boys and Sears and getting quotes of around $160, I finally called AAA to have the battery installed WITHOUT having to move my dead car. LARRY BARKER SAVES THE DAY!!!!! He pulled up, asked what was going on, gave me a quote of $118 +$45 for installation **NOTE: The installation charge was only because my car is seriously ridiculous and difficult**, and got to work! He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how the battery affected other parts of my car- things

Hello Nathan, I just finished keeping my car running after 45 minutes to keep the car well charged. While it was fresh in mind, I wanted to comment how impressed I was with one of your employees named, Larry Barker #29. For, at least 60 years, I have been deaf. In those years, I have came across a professional like Larry Barker #29. His professionalism was exemplary. He was a skilled and effective communicator, and the time to write, and explain everything that he did so I would understand. He had remove the battery, replace my old battery terminals, clean them. But after he clean the terminals, he found that they were crackes, so he had replace the terminals, then put the battery back in place, and then sprayed the terminals that would protect them. Larry was very patient with me, and took the time to write everything down( it seems like he had, at least, ten pages of writing). Based on Larry's professionalism, patience, an effective communicator, I would give Larry's performance a five start rating out of five stars. He was exc

My HUGE appreciation to your tow driver, Larry, who came to my house and put enough gas in my car for me to get to the gas station, today. Larry was SO polite, professional, yet down-to-earth, accommodating and wonderful. What a lucky company you are to have him representing you! Larry (29) was excellent and came quickly to where my car was having difficulty with my vehicle. He went beyond the normal procedures to correctly diagnose the problem of a faulty nuetral safety switch. He kindly explained the problem to me so that I could fix the problem in the future with a new part. I was stranded and Larry's hard work got me going on the road again by going the extra mile when he could have just left me waiting for a tow truck. Thanks!

I thought I would need a new battery but he found out my battery was running strong and he identified the actual problem with my truck even though it had nothing to do with the battery. Thank you Cozz. One of your tow truck drivers was in the parking lot by dimple records in folsom. I asked him if he could help out a co worker with a dead battery. He quoted a price, after opening the hood of the car he noticed the battery terminals were loose. I did not have so much as a pair of pliers on me. He wrenched down the loose terminals and said see you later. We both can not thank you enough.

On Monday Aug 6, 2012, your technician Larry was dispatched to my home to deal with a dead battery in my car. I was told he would arrive within 11/2 hours when in fact he was here in 15minutes. He promptly diagnosed my problem, installed a new battery, educated me on some details regarding my car and completed all this, including my wait time, in 45 minutes. He was professionally informed, and extremely polite. He deserves kudos for a job very well done.
