This company epitomizes the phrase "customer service and satisfaction." I had placed an order, realized it was not the proper choice, and called to totally cancel the transaction. Customer service reps (Tadd) were very accomodating, assured me that I could cancel the order which I decided to do. I was disappointed that this transaction couldn't take place, because I knew it was just the perfect Christmas present. Later that day I received a call from Steve who worked through the "problem" with me and we were able to make another selection, place the order and now simply wait for the wonderful results!
