Comments To Beth and family. I am so sorry about the loss of your dad. I just visited with him at The Cottage about 10 days ago. I was able to express my sorrow to him about him loosing the love of his life, your mom, Lucy. I worked with Lucy for many years at the bank and she was a beautiful person, inside and out. In talking to him he told me about you and the grandchildren. He was so proud. Our prayers are with you all.

Comments So sorry to hear of the passing of Larry. I remember him when I was a little girl living across the street from the Jitney Jungle store on Shirley Street. As a little girl, I remember going to his wedding with my parents and how nice he was to my mother and father (Katherine and Oscar Marcello) over the years until their passing. As a bride, I registered my china, silver, and crystal patterns at his gift store....when I moved back to DeRidder, in 1984, visiting with him made me feel at home. He was a wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Comments When I first got into the Pentecostal Church, Bro. Larry and I had great fellowship. He treated me like a son and always had positive things to say about everyone and the Church as a whole. May God's sweetness and love rest upon Beth (my high school classmate) and her family, while Larry goes on to walk on streets of gold with his beloved Lou!
