Comments Hi Great site and it confirmed what I thought!! saw the new Steve Miller cd - Bingo - and thought its got to be Storm/Hipgnosis and this was the only place that confired it. Been a fan of Storm/Hingnosis for many years and got the 'walk away rene' book when it was first released in the 70's. since then have collected many of his books and been to some of his exibitions. And now ive found this site I will definatley be back

Comments Nice Collection. I have the book "Taken by Storm", but what's the difference between the books "Taken by Storm", "Walk Away Rene" and "For the Love of Vinyl"? How many pictures in of the first one are similiar to the pictures of the other books? I don't want to buy the same book twice, just because of it's different name ;) So please tell me. Comments Awesome site! Now I can see all the obscure Hipgnosis covers I missed the first time without having to track down the actual albums. I have two suggestions, though: 1. Put the Hipgnosis-related covers (Storm solo, covers using only Geoff Halpin or George Hardie, etc.) in their own categories. 2. It would be great to see a tribute to Peter Christopherson.

Comments The Dirty Deeds cover was shot north of La Brea off Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles (background) and the people (hired models) were shot in Hipgnosis' studio in London.
